Highly recommend Kirsty as a Pilates coach. We met through the tennis club and she’s helped with rehab of my shoulder and general mobility. She’s enthusiastic and articulate and has been flexible with timings, group sizes and home visits. Classes have been a joy.

It's been a few months since I first started Pilates with Kirsty. Normally I am hesitant to join classes, as I don't like working out in groups, but she puts you at ease immediately. She's wonderful at attending to everyone's individual needs, so it feels like you're in a private session anyway.
It's a part of the week that I look forward to, not to mention I feel stronger every time I go. I thoroughly recommend Kirsty to all!

I haven’t long been practicing Pilates - mostly due to apprehension about joining larger gym classes as a beginner, and so I started weekly private classes with Kirsty and haven’t looked back. Kirsty is knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and tailors each individual session to our groups’ needs. She helps you to make adjustments during class or suggests alternative exercises if and when needed. She’s introduced me to abdominal muscles I never knew existed and I’ve already seen improvement in my core strength when practicing other types of exercise and in my general posture. Her flexibility for evening home visits to suit our busy work/life schedule is also a massive plus. I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested.

I have been going to Pilates with Kirsty for a while now. I am a keen runner and thanks to my improved strength as a direct result of working with her - yesterday I achieved a Personal Best of 47 minutes at the 10k race in Victoria Park - thanks Kirsty!!!

We started private Pilates classes with Kirsty a few months ago and she has been amazing. Have noticed such a difference in my posture and everyday body strength from our weekly sessions. She puts a huge amount of care into our programme and each week is tailored to our individual needs, which you can’t get in a big commercial class. The slightest adjustments during the moves makes all the difference and despite having done Pilates for many years I’ve learnt so much from Kirsty that I had no idea about previously. I can’t recommend her enough, it is a joy to exercise and see her each week! Looking forward to getting on her reformer in her own studio.

Kirsty is brilliant at what she does. She is extremely passionate about her job. She has had serious lower back issues herself in the past which makes her very relatable and understanding when it comes to improving your own lower back pain. She has a particular interest in injury rehab and injury prevention which is exactly what I needed! Can’t recommend her enough 😄

I would really recommend joining Kirsty's beginner online courses. I haven't been to a pilates class before and Kirsty put me at ease and spoke through each movement clearly in order for the class to get the most out of the time

Went for my first session a month or so ago having suffered with some back issues for a while. The whole experience surpassed my expectations - Kirsty quickly worked out where the problem is, and put me through a number of exercises designed to help. With it being my first time doing Pilates, I was slightly sceptical, but the following day my back pain was pretty much non-existant. I’ve booked for follow up sessions, and would highly recommend.

Kirsty's sessions are fantastic - I would highly recommend.
I have suffered from arthritis for over a decade and struggled to do exercise without getting injured very quickly. I've found that in with Kirsty's expert support, I've been able to build up stability and strength without feeling any pain or discomfort afterwards. This is a very new experience for me! Kirsty is really great both ensuring I don't do anything that might risk pain, whilst also ensuring that I am pushing myself and getting a really good workout.
The 1-on-1 sessions are ideal, ensuring personalised sessions and lots of progress really quickly.

I went to see Kirsty because I had a niggling knee injury that just wouldn't go away. X Rays had shown no joint damage so it is soft tissue. She took a lot of time listening to the issues and examining it. We did work on the reformer and in no time my knee was a lot better. I was actually under an NHS Physio at the time but making very little progress so I ditched him after one session with Kirsty, the results were noticeable immediately.
Not only did she help my knee problem but she explains clearly, in easy-to-understand terms, what she is doing, and why. I now feel I know a whole lot more about my knee and the surrounding muscles / ligaments.
I am in my sixties but Kirsty, unlike my NHS Physio, ignored my age and treated me the same as anyone younger, telling me that you don't give up on your body just because you have reached a certain age.
I was so impressed I enrolled in Kirsty’s Pilates sessions. All in all I would recommend Kirsty for reformative Pilates and normal Pilates sessions.

Until I started 1-2-1 Pilates with Kirsty, I was led to believe I would just have to live with the pain in my hips because of the way my body was designed.
Kirsty instead really listened to what I was describing and saying, and we have since been working successfully on realigning and re-teaching my body to work in a way which addresses the issues I have. Life-changing!
I genuinely enjoy my sessions with Kirsty because she is an astute and motivational teacher, whose passion and care are tangible. She is always super prepared, whilst also being reflective and responsive to my comments at the beginning of each session, adapting to my needs as necessary. I think she is one in a million! Kirsty's pilates was a good workout without realising! Well explained so you know what you're aiming towards and can push yourself ahead. Sorted out a nagging heel issue I had which was really unexpected.
