I’ve been coming to Ingrida for just over a year as I had recurring cystitis & became dependant on antibiotics. Within weeks of treatment on her bio-resonance therapy, & carefully following her suggested diet & supplements, my condition was cured. The relief is enormous. Added to that, the recurring pain in my right shoulder has vanished, & on this new healthy diet I was able to give up my caffeine addiction. I would like to share, my excitment that finally I found someone who can help me with my lower back and sciatica pain in my leg. After visiting different pilates studios and physiotherapists around London and even Harley St. and I felt that I just wasting my time and money. Finally someone recommended I visit Ingrida, owner of the tailored Pilates Studio. Ingrida carried out a very detailed assessment and explanation on what was occuring in regard to my pain and also how posture was not helping the pain. Ingrida's approach was very different then the other instructors. Her first focus was to elongate and realign my body and then strengthen. After a couple of classes I already felt so much better and less pain in my lower back and leg. The most interesting thing was that she was not focusing on my back or leg, but on my whole body as a unit, she even removed my inflammatory foods to reduce inflammation in the body to reduce PAIN. She has beautiful spacious studio, with different types of equipment, not only pilates, but Gyrotonic too! The other wonderful system I learnt at her studio is Yamuna body rolling. I would highly recommend to visit-tailored Pilates Studio for anyone, who really wants to transform your body. I would give 10 stars for Ingrida!!!

I just wanted to share a quick note. For so long I was struggling with my neck pain until I met Ingrida at Tailored Pilates. She pinpointed my structural misalignment. She knew exactly why I was in pain and what to do. Ingrida combines different systems and has different Pilates and Gyrotonic equipment. That’s why it’s never boring. I love that I don't have to share the studio with other clients or instructors so I can relax, be myself, with no distractions and I can focus on my work. As a busy working parent I really need to maximise the time dedicated to exercise. With her holistic approach Ingrida at Tailored Pilates offers a one-stop service which covers exercise, nutrition and bioresonance. I focused on exercise as pain in my shoulder and hip was preventing me from keeping to a consistent routine. Ingrida explained that misalignment was the cause and that by continuing to strength train incorrectly I was actually making the problem worse. The Yamuna Body Rolling method has helped me enormously, giving me new found flexibility, freedom of movement and a more graceful posture. I also achieve better results in a shorter amount of time. The private studio is a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of central London. When I leave I feel I have really invested in my body, correctly. I am looking forward to trying out the Nutritional Therapy and Bioresonance treatments in the future!

I have suffered with diabetes for many years now which then I was introduced to Ingrida she tailored a wellness plan for me to which I didn't always stick to honestly speaking and I went to have bio resonance sessions. I was always trying to maintain the plan and follow the guidance as best as i could, but sometimes I didn't manage it that well however i had the unfortunate state of contracting COVID-19 which i was introduced to alot of different supplements and a new tailored wellness programme after an initial quarantine days have passed i continued to go for more frequent sessions with the bio resonance and now strictly maintained the wellness plan has improved my health and had a well recovery from Covid.
