Tara's classes have become my saving grace and have given me so much support and non-judgement. Nobody has any pretence- the second the incense hits my nostrils I feel more home in myself. Cant recommend enough

Both this and the Oxford Tara are amazing - full of knowledgeable teachers who actually practise what they teach - and they are all volunteers! The teachings are super inspiring, and you can tailor them to suit you - no dogma, just open, friendly, and warm, caring teachers, who have created a wonderful community! Love it! ;)

I am a YOGA Year 6 student. I was very fortunate to find the Tara Yoga Centre to start my yoga journey. I started learning the asanas in my first year. Now, with practice, those asanas I feel much more unification of mind and body. My working life is so busy, I really look forward to the day of my class - it breaks up the routine and recharges my energy. This school has a lot to offer depending on what you are looking for. Everyone here is friendly and kind. We hug each other to touch the soul, which is more powerful than a handshake. I love the school - the teachers are very devoted. I love being with my classmates - we are like a family. And especially my teacher ALINA who has devoted her life to yoga, I love her!!

Tara Yoga Centre is a growing magnet for awesome, open-minded, heart-centred individuals coming together to explore themselves deeper and create beautiful moments. From tantra theory learning to yoga practice, all classes and workshops are so incredibly embedded in Love as their core value first and foremost, that you are automatically called upon to present your highest self - no way you'll go back home feeling worse. The teachers actually practice what they teach and make themselves abundantly present to the students - no rigid "guru to student" hierarchy. It is by no means whatsoever a scam or profit-seeking; it holds the richest source of wisdom and perspective.

People always available and happy to help you. Teachers really inspiring. A beautiful and welcoming gem of a school teaching genuine traditional Hatha and Tantra Yoga. So much more on offer than the gym-style of yoga with fancy stretching found on every High Street nowadays! The Tantra course contains such a wealth of knowledge, drawing from ancient texts, as well as more modern sources...The teachers do a wonderful job of creating a safe space for us to really go deep inside of ourselves, to discover more. A big reminder on what's really important in this life.
