Great Reformer Pilates classes - in a convenient location. The staff are really friendly, and helpful, especially reception. I've found the beginners classes to be really good and still do give a workout when done correctly. am really enjoying learning the correct way to use the machines and the exercises.

Have had a range of fantastic instructors over the years for lots of different classes from beginners to intermediate to pre and post natal. Great dedicated team for pilates as well as sports massage and physio. Hello endorphins!

Spacious studio with excellent facilities. Instructors are interactive and give good feedback to ensure the exercises are being completed safely and effectively. I love working on the reformers as you have to concentrate hard to make the most of each movement and so the hour passes quickly!

Highly recommend this studio for a no-sweat, targeted workout. Instructors are knowledgeable and very helpful with technique, injuries, modifications, etc. Class size is small so everyone gets enough attention. The workout doesn't seem difficult because it's made up of small, targeted moves, but you will feel it the next morning!

I love TEN Pilates! I was a complete beginner when I joined TEN - having not even done any mat work. The instructors are great and kind especially if you are new to reformer pilates. The online booking system is so simple, makes it really easy to organise. I leave each class full of it. Go go go it is just fabulous. I was a little nervous after the first class, but the instructor really encouraged me and I felt so much more confident after even class 2.

I really enjoy the Chiswick studio from Julia's friendly reception to the fabulous instructors. You don't need to be fit to try classes here and there's no pressure to be perfect with the moves or what you wear to the class. Most people who attend are there because of a bad back or sports injury so everyone encourages each other there's no competition which makes everything very relaxing. Apart from bloomin' lunges that is. Argh :)

Was a bit unsure at first if I would like this and get much from it. However, immediately after an initial trial session I was really impressed and felt the benefit. Raeesa was the instructor and she was brilliant. I have continued the sessions and each instructor I have had have also been excellent.

I've had classes with 3 or 4 different instructors and they have all been very attentive and knowledgeable, tailoring classes and individual exercises to everyone's needs, and keeping a careful eye on everyone's technique.
