I, also, give FIVE start to "Emma D" who's efficient and changes the routine of the practice every other week. Emma's classes helps to become more felixable, work out and stretch. Every time I come out of the class I feel taller and more relaxed.

R. P.A wonderful yoga studio. Not packed like most yoga studios in London. All of the classes here have around 5-6 people, so you feel cared for. Great value for money as it's like a private class. Great atmosphere too, it feels like a sanctuary to go there in the middle of the day!
S. H.I've been going to James for sports massages for over 8 years at The Klinik and he has always been able to sort out any issues that I've had. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I've also done several years of the Reformer Pilates there. The classes are always challenging but a lot of fun and the quality of the instructors is excellent. Brilliant place all round!

D. E.The Klinik is simply a great Pilates studio and very user-friendly! Just a pair of socks needed ! Very well priced. I buy 10 classes at a time and book (or cancel !) online each time according to my schedule and the difficulty level I want to attend. The classes are never more than 4 to 6 people (m/f). The exercises are well paced and attended by a team of very attentive trainers (m/f) in a relax although intensive atmosphere. The result (I started in January, part of new year resolution !) is very body efficient and an ideal way to (re) tone and muscle all parts of the body without being boring or too repetitive. It is also excellent for posture and balance. There is an addictive quality to this form of exercising quite exhilarating ! I recommend it highly. Denis E.
A. B.I attended my first ever reformer class at The Klinik 18 months ago with Joy and never looked back! All the teachers are highly qualified and provide you with a great work out.
The classes have improved my posture, flexibility and strength. Its also helpful that the classes have a lot of regulars who are super friendly and supportive. It’s rare to find such a community in a reformer pilates studio located in the heart of London.

Really talented teachers and a very friendly place to work out. Loving the new yoga studio as well - great way to relax after a hectic day.
