My favourite yoga class! I've been going for a couple years now and I love Ciara's classes. They're a perfect balance of traditional yoga and Saturday morning feel-good! I enjoy these classes as they combine both the technical instructions for your body alongside the traditional yoga guidance to improve my practice. Perfect for beginners and the more experienced!

A wonderful yoga class. A mixture of young and old, beginners and experienced yogis, Ciara manages to incorporate us all, giving different versions of the poses to suit our different abilities. This makes it feel very safe. With guided instruction all the way through, each persons practice is individual, whilst remaining part of the group. Ciara is very knowledgeable, she has a lovely genuine manner, and she makes everybody feel welcome. I always feel great after her yoga class.

I've been going to yoga with Ciara for over 3 yrs since she was based in Stanley halls and the sessions are always fantastic. Great difficulty level and variety. The new precautions in place to keep everyone COVID safe are very thorough so you can return to in person classes at last. The Zoom lessons are also great if you can't make it in person.

I’ve been attending pregnancy yoga with Ciara throughout my pregnancy and have found it fantastic for both body and soul! Ciara takes time to discover and respond to the needs of each individual and adapts (as well as corrects) postures accordingly so that you feel the maximum benefits. It’s great to be able to exercise knowing that you’re in safe hands as Ciara is clearly very knowledgable in her practise. Her classes are welcoming and relaxed and I’d highly recommend!

I have taken pregnancy yoga classes with Ciara. She was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. She tailors her classes to what you need, helping you work on any injuries and aches and pains that you have. I would definitely recommend her classes to anyone!

I really enjoy the yoga classes at The Yoga Mela. I go to both level 1 & 2 classes. Ciara is a great teacher and helps with good posture through each yoga move to make sure you get the most out of it. I always feel great after a class, energised and relaxed. I highly recommend the Yoga Mela.

Absolutely love The Yoga Mela and Ciara' s approach to teaching. I have attended pregnancy yoga which really set me up for the birth and made the experience much easier than with my first labour. Mum and baby yoga is a fantastic way of taking some time for yourself whilst also bonding with you new born. As someone who has never considered herself into yoga I realise it was because I just attended class that weren't right for me. Would highly recommend the Yoga Mela to everyone 😁

I recently purchased the 30 day offer package and started attending the yoga classes. The energy in the studio is just wonderful, light and positive. Everyone is very welcoming from the teachers to the clients. The sessions flow very smoothly, instructions on how to do the asanas'(poses) are very clear and concise. There is no judgement from anyone when you attend. The instructors have an eye for detail and will be to correct you. The classes are not hard in the sense you do what you can, there's no pressure. Adherence to Covid guidelines are met thus is very safe. Highly recommend this studio! It's a great way to get back into your wellness. Truly grateful Ciara. Thank you!

I've been attending the pregnancy yoga class with Ciara, very close to due date now. She has guided us to address our aches, pains, and discomforts, really knowledgeable! She ensures to check in and always suggests the best stretch for that most frustrating discomfort.. thank Ciara! A lovely new studio and community with a good selection of classes and some fantastic teachers. Every class I've been to has been really well lead in a technical yet gentle way and in a warm, friendly atmosphere with a great energy. The teachers give really personalised attention and offer adjustments with a keen eye for detail so my practice has really improved. A great space to practice in regularly.

My favourite place in South Norwood and a life-saver in 2020! All of the teachers are fantastic, yet individual in their style to mix it up. The atmosphere is super friendly and you have plenty of space for your practice. The teachers always give plenty of options for different poses making the classes accessible for everyone. A little gem of a place for those seeking a positive vibe!
