Randa is a wonderfully warm and knowledgeable guide who’s able to create a kind, welcoming and safe space for mums and babies. Randa’s Mum & Baby Yoga classes helped me to reconnect with my post-pregnancy body, accept my current condition “with grace” and meet other wonderful mums. I wish I’d found her while I was still pregnant as I would have loved her support throughout the journey.

The highlight of my week was Randa’s baby massage class. My baby and I had the most wonderful, fun and special hour bonding. Plus I made really great other mum friends. It was so much better organised than other baby classes I’ve done - and also smaller which was really great (much calmer!) also so relaxed and warm, all the other mums felt so comfortable even if our babies cried or needed to be fed. My baby loved the massage and the techniques we learnt helped so much with tummy issues. Really can’t recommend highly enough - I will 100% be doing the other classes Randa has like baby Yoga.

I signed up to Randa’s 5 week baby massage course, and I’ve heartily enjoyed all her sessions. Randa has a very positive energy and calming presence, fostering an open and non-judgmental space where mothers are also encouraged to talk about the highs and the lows. She’s been a great sounding board. I’ve enjoyed her company so much that I’m also going to join her baby yoga classes!

A little bit overdue, but Randa is so great that I she deserves a 2nd review for her Baby & Yoga practice. Her baby & yoga class was a wonderful way to start the week. She is gentle and kind on our post natal bodies, and her genuine love for mothers and babies shines through her teaching. I consider myself very lucky to have crossed paths with Randa. I wish I had met her sooner because she would have been an amazing doula to guide and comfort me through the start of the 4th trimester.

I am so glad that I have joined the gentle yoga class. I stopped doing yoga 7 years ago when I got pregnant with my first child. Since then, I have been wanting to get back into exercising but due to various health problems it has been difficult. Being self conscious I found it hard to start the class but thanks to Randa she has made me feel welcome, worthy and a part of a wonderful class. I’ve only had 3 sessions so far and already feel calmer in myself. The breathing techniques she has taught me, helps with my daily stresses. I honestly recommend this class to all the wonderful women out there in search of yoga and some inner peace. Thank you Randa for helping me start to become a better version of me.
