I would highly recommend this course on mindfulness. This course gives you many tools you can use in your daily life. Cathy is an excellent teacher. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and intend to continue my practice in mindfulness.

Cathy's a wonderful teacher, incredibly patient and very kind. She's very sensitive to her students' needs, always checking that they are under no pressure and understand the posture. Her classes are always harmonious and happy. I would recommend her teaching wholeheartedly.

Cathy's Friday night restorative yoga class is one of my favorite parts of the week. It's an incredibly relaxing session and a great way to mark the end of the working week and start of the weekend. Cathy always makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. She helps modify the poses when I have injuries or limitations. She is very calming person to be around. I couldn't be a bigger fan of Cathy and her style of teaching. I also do life coaching sessions with Cathy which have helped me so much. Cathy introduced me to meditation. She has helped me have more clarity on life goals and as a result I feel really positive. Cathy taught me to be my own best friend. It sounds cheesy but working with Cathy has helped me get to know myself properly!

I started to have yoga sessions with Cathy in the last trimester of my pregnancy, alongside my husband. I found her sessions wonderful. Before Cathy, I had only done yoga at the gym, and often couldn't keep up. Cathy went through each (pregnancy safe) movement and salutation patiently with me and also introduced us to meditation, affirmations and different breathing techniques. She put real thought into each session and included specific elements relating to pregnancy (to connect with my baby) which were very special. I highly recommend Cathy as a yoga teacher.

sorry for my English mistakes.
1 -I rate my experience 9.
2-I was always excited to follow the course and very disliked when I didn't.
3-I was always satisfied with the content of the course.
4-Probably I am more capable to handle stressful situations.
5-I would like to know better my weaknesses.
6-The power of meditation, but requires time and devotion, and patience, but unfortunately, I am a very impatient woman and sometimes I work very hard and I don't have enough time.
7-I noticed a lot of resistance to change, probably I need time.
8-I''ll sign -up for a follow-up in Mindfulness.
9-I am thrilled with You and I recommend my friends to follow your courses.

What an amazing Yoga Retreat and Ayuverdic SPA in incredible India, Cathy organised for us! Additional for being a brilliant yoga teacher, Cathy is also a marvelous travel guide! We stayed six days in Anand Lok Ashram, four days in Ayurvedic SPA in Rishikesh, and one day in Agra.Anand Lok Ashram in Himalaya overlooking Ganges, is a very special place. Perfect for practicing yoga and meditating and ideal to connect to nature and receive healing energy from the river, mountains and delicious organic food grown in Ashram’s garden.Staying in Ayuverdic SPA, with twice a day ayuverdic massage and special diet, prescribed from the ayuverdic doctors, have been rejuvenating. This was my first visit to India, and the excursions that Cathy booked for us including Rishikesh, Kunjapuri temple, Kunjapuri Neer Garh Waterfall, Beatels Ashram, and Haridwar and Agra, have been brilliant. I loved the Aarti Ceremony at Parmath Niketan Ashram in Rishikes, and Taj Mahal is truly out of this world.Cathy’s yoga sessions have been energizing and uplifting, as always. During this trip additional to yoga and meditation, Cathy also presented daily lectures to us about yoga philosophy and how to improve our physical and emotional health. I love hear teaching style and recommend highly her retreats.

"I attended two of Cathy’s recent retreats: five days in southern Italy and a one day retreat in the Sussex countryside.
Italy- a beautiful setting in the hills, where we were encouraged to go deeper into our yoga practice and meditation. The twice daily yoga classes, workshops, long walks and delicious vegetarian food were all so enjoyable.
Amberley, Sussex- another stunning setting, where we participated in two yoga classes, an invigorating walk and good home cooked food.
After both retreats I felt great in body and spirit!
Cathy really is a great yoga teacher: passionate about pranayama, extremely knowledgable about yoga, encouraging all her students to work at their own pace - plus we have a good laugh too! She even remembers our various aches and injuries, offering variations of poses we might find more difficult.
I would really recommend you try one of her retreats- you won’t regret it! "
