Reviews of Yoga with Alicia

Alicia is a wonderful yoga teacher. She incorporates movement and reflection in her classes in a beautiful creative way. I always feel stronger and more grounded after yoga with Alicia. I have learned how to move in a way that protects my body, which has helped me on and off the mat. I can't wait for the next class!

Alicia is a wonderful, thoughtful teacher, with a unique yoga style grounded in strength and posture. I always leave feeling both physically and mentally refreshed, and have noticed significant improvement in my daily aches and pains. Cannot recommend these classes enough!

Alicia is an excellent teacher. I love her classes and always feel both challenged and refreshed by the end. My body has become much more flexible and stronger since starting her classes.

Alicia is an amazing teacher, bringing her authentic energy and intention into every class. I love the targeted movement sequences and I've learned so much about my body and its mechanics. I feel stronger and more conscious of how I move both on and off the mat. Her in-person classes are my favourite Sunday ritual!

I started taking classes with Alicia in September this year (2021), when I moved to London. This is the best Yoga class I have attended so far! She does not focus on getting to these fancy yoga poses, but rather on strengthening and moving your body to feel better in your day to day life.
Since I joined her class I can really feel a difference. I am much more aware about the way I stand and the way my body moves. Especially about my back and shoulders. My back and shoulders feel much better as well. This also helps me in any other workout I do, as I am more careful about my posture. These classes are accessible to anyone.
Apart from the physical aspect, her classes are very relaxing: a moment to breathe and focus on your wellness.
I will stop here: in a nutshell, if you are looking for a time to relax and feel better on your body, I strongly recommend!

I was lucky enough to find Alicia's in-person class in the Belsize library this summer. Alicia is a patient and kind teacher who sees the humour in a bunch of wound up people attempting to just get a little stretch and some mental peace and quiet in their day!! I love how she incorporates music thoughtfully into the practice. I've now moved out of London but still attend her weekly zoom sessions. If you get the chance, namaste your way over there and give it a go!
