I am so glad I found Chris and her wonderful yoga classes. I have enjoyed noticing the change in my body over the last few months of attending. Chris has a great way of teaching, she is clear and has a sensitivity to each individual and their needs. We are always asked how our bodies are feeling at the beginning of each class. Overall I have found It has been lovely to return to yoga.

I've been doing classes, workshops and Chris's weekends for about 3-4 years now. Can't recommend enough. She's a warm, intelligent, thoughtful yoga teacher who has really created her own practice and way of teaching and lots of us are regulars which says a lot. Chris has a more deliberate approach which yields a lot, and she brings in yoga nidra and meditation. And great workshops including jointly with Alexander technique.

I love Chris’s classes. They have been a central part of my life for over five years. Her classes are calming and lift my mood. Chris is friendly and encouraging. She works with all abilities and gives careful instructions and with use of props makes all postures accessible. Her classes have improved my core strength and flexibility. I've tried out a few different yoga classes but I always come back to Chris's - I just haven't found a teacher I like as much. She is gentle, calm and inspiring, and I always leave her classes feeling relaxed but somehow reinvigorated. She also has the best voice of any yoga teacher I've ever had!

She adapts her classes for anyone, so if you're carrying an injury or a medical condition you will be safe as well as if you want to explore a current yoga practice more deeply. She runs great weekly classes and also weekend retreats that are so, so relaxing and inspiring.

Wonderfully intuitive.
After several years out of activity (babies, heart failure, brain tumours), I was daunted at the prospect of rediscovering my body.
I have been on a two year journey with Chris. She will bring to bear numerous practices and techniques, knowing exactly when to encourage me to challenge my self-imposed boundaries and when to appreciate the progress so far.

Ive been going to Chris,s class since 2016 and its been amazing. Im much fitter and any niggling muscle pains from standing with my job have disappeared. Its gentle ,relaxing but effective. Chris encourages you to work to your own ability, so no pressure and a very warm and friendly environment.
