I cannot recommend Sandra’s prenatal yoga classes enough! Her in-person classes have been such a gift while I have been pregnant, she is so knowledgeable and supportive. Classes are tailored to the small group’s needs and she gave me a lot of confidence in dealing with my various pregnancy ailments and looking after my body during this time. I am intending to do her postnatal classes too as soon as I am allowed.

Sandra's pregnancy/antenatal yoga classes were my favourite by far - she is so friendly and knowledgeable and I called on lots of things I learnt from her during my labour (first baby).
The classes are just the right balance of exercise and relaxation, and I'll definitely be attending her mum&baby classes too.
Sandra evidently loves her work and keeps up to date with new knowledge - you will feel in very safe hands here.
Lovely sense of humour too, which is sometimes what you need whilst dealing with pregnant life! A really warm atmosphere.

Joined Sandra's online pregnancy yoga classes and postnatal sessions in her studio (lovely space, with tea and biscuits at the end of the class and Covid-safe ++). Sandra is a very knowledgeable teacher, guiding you through yoga sessions with a lot of care and patience, while challenging you. She has been a great support during my pregnancy and a source of positive energy!

I really enjoyed my pregnancy and post natal classes with Sandra. Via zoom and in person. It was really helpful to get ready for the birth and recover afterwards. She is a caring teacher and has a lovely studio in Tuffnel Park. The tea and chat after mum and baby yoga is a must ! Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I have been practicing yoga for 9 years now, and Sandra is the best yoga teacher I have ever met. She provides a truly holistic experience. Her knowledge of the body, particularly how a woman's body changes around pregnancy, and her attention to nurturing technique is fantastic. As a first time Mum, I started taking her Pregnancy yoga classes at 23 weeks and then followed on with her Mummy and Me yoga classes until I returned to work when my son was 9 months old. I was pregnant and gave birth during the pandemic and Sandra became an integral part of my support network. Her classes were a haven of calm during such a chaotic time, giving me confidence going into the birth and helping me recover and build strength in the months after my son was born. Sandra truly cares about her students. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I started my pregnancy yoga with Sandra from the second trimester and still continuing during my postpartum. I had a natural delivery and Sandra’s all the advice, tips helped me a lot. What I can say about Sandra’s yoga class is , she is a wonderful and a very sincere instructor I ever had. I attended other pregnancy yoga classes and I missed one to one special treatment, during the pregnancy it’s very important as everyone has different issues to deal with. With Sandra I never had this problem. She always keeps all the updates about her students every week and make sure everyone is doing the right pose. She has proper knowledge of pregnancy yoga. Her class focuses on her student’s need. She keeps check on her students outside of the class too and during the pregnancy this type support helps a lot. She is a very kind person, during the Covid phase she made sure all her students are able to pay for her online classes comfortably and depending on the situation she gave discounts and even offered free classes.
Sandra is always there for her students.

I couldn't recommend Sandra enough. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, assertive and such a nice person to be with. Her pregnancy yoga classes where my highlight of the week, aside from the exercise she gave me so much advice and encouragement, it made all the difference to have a positive birth experience. She was also very respectful of all approaches to birth. I also have been to her regular yoga classes and I really enjoy them, all in all she is definitely a 5 stars yoga teacher.

I started yoga lessons with Sandra during the second half of my pregnancy and I'm now attending the mother and baby classes. From day one I felt welcome and comfortable, despite not being a yoga expert. Sandra limits classes to six women so she can spend time helping each person and so it doesn't get overcrowded. Her calm, friendly and knowledgeable approach to yoga at a time when you need nurturing cannot be highly recommended enough. I always leave feeling relaxed and ready for another week. Mother and baby classes are great for meeting other new mums and Sandra is as good with the babies as she is with the mums. Sandra is clearly passionate about helping people expecting and new mums through turbulent times.

Sandra has a deep knowledge and understading of pregnancy and post natal recovery, as well as yoga and meditation.
