Reviews of Yogalogy East Finchley Yoga Studio
M.
I started Yoga, with this Studio and I strongly recommend all beginners to come and start their Yoga lessons with Neda! She'll instruct you with every fundamentals.
Unfortunately I had to quit my lessons there due to personal reasons and job but now that I've started yoga sessions somewhere else, I'm so thankful about all the details and postures that Neda taught me.
Of course the place can have minor changes to get more lively and refreshing ( lights, walls, matts etc ).. but technical wise, it's 10/10

I had the most relaxing and comforting pregnancy massage today with Touba ! I am 35 weeks pregnant and Touba was really gentle but also knew perfectly where and how to release the tension around my body. It was a full body massage on both of my sides and really helped me to relax a little which is not so easy during these last weeks of pregnancy. Thanks Touba for your amazing help!

A lovely team of teachers and beautiful family run studio, with a caring owner. They really look after you and share their love of yoga, would highly recommend.

Neda’s studio is a wonderful place to practice yoga. I have been to a number of different places before but Neda’ classes are very different. She keeps classes interesting focusing on different areas of the body but with a great focus on the breathing and spiritual side. Adriana and Ava have started teaching recently and they both fantastic flow classes. Would highly recommend for all levels!

Yogalogy has great teachers for all levels so your practice can grow and develop. I highly recommend the courses that Neda offers as well as the wide range of classes. I joined as an absolute beginner and have felt supported and encouraged by the teachers and the very lovely community of people I have met at the studio.

What can I say about Yogalogy I love it so much it is like my second home! Neda is the most inspirational teacher and I learn something new at every lesson or event I attend and I attend a lot!! All of the teachers are fantastic and each offers something different so I would highly recommend going to as many classes as possible as well as workshops and the moon/gong bath gatherings. The studio is very conveniently located and is a really friendly place. I am so glad that I have yogalogy in my life it has enriched both my physical and spiritual wellbeing.

Such a wonderful local studio with a lovely community feel. Neda and all the teachers have a fantastic wealth of knowledge to share about all aspects of yoga. A thoroughly recommend coming along to try as many classes as possible, each one has something different to offer.

Yogalogy is the kind of studio that ticks all of the right boxes.
- Conveniently located - near tube and always easy free parking in nearby streets.
- Extremely friendly and welcoming - as a smaller suburban studio it really is accessible to all and there is a warmth and generosity about those who attend. The studio is not at all pretentious and the shape of your body, skill level or what you wear really don't matter.
- Small class sizes - none of the London yoga factory vibe in other packed studios - most classes have less than 8 students.
- Brilliant classes - all of the teachers take time to actually teach not just lead a class and drone on. This is the kind of studio where you learn and grow and develop your practice.
It is a perfect combination of feeling at home, being safely challenged, working with teachers who get to know you (and your body) and a range of classes and options to bring it all together.
Neda has created a lovely studio and, as a regular, I'll certainly be making frequent visits.

A lovely friendly environment, a true community feeling. Yogalogy introduced me to yoga and with Neda’s depth of knowledge, wisdom and experience, I have learnt how amazingly beneficial the practise is to both mind and body. Neda also brings a spiritual level to her sessions, allowing an even greater sense of relaxation and calm from lifes normal stresses.
Yogalogy also offers multiple package deals to suit your level of attendance, far from money grabbing I’d say. Lots of variety in teachers and levels of intensity, whatever level of practise you want can be found at Yogalogy. Give it a go!

As a trained Yoga teacher and practitioner for over 9 years, I make an effort to practice at other studios to maintain my discipline and learn from other teachers.
I moved to East Finchley recently and am so delighted to have found Yogalogy and Neda's classes. They're just what I've been looking for.
Her practice is very physical but at the same time includes enough of the spiritual to remind deep practitioners as to why they're on the matt without making those new to Yoga uncomfortable.
It's obvious that Neda and the other teachers have built their studio with love and have created a space that can both ground and lift you at the same time.
The sincerity with which the studio and classes are run is evident in the way Neda and the other teachers teach and I'd highly recommend their classes whether you're a beginner or seasoned practiioner.

I came to Yogalogy originally in order to get some extra help getting myself moving again after knee surgery. I really had no intentions of becoming a regular. I'd tried yoga before at other studios and gyms. Often times I found them pretentious or the classes so big, that I had no idea if what I was doing was correct and really didn't get much support. So I never really enjoyed them.
I started with one on one injury rehabilitation sessions with Neda, who is the owner. Her sincerity and warmth really came through and after just a few sessions I decided to sign up for a few classes here and there. I was pretty nervous to make that transition because the studio is quite small and I knew my inexperience was going to be pretty obvious. I was worried I was going to be surrounded by a bunch of super amazing experienced people all twisting and posing gracefully while I flopped and struggled. But it was absolutely nothing like that at all.
I've now been a regular for 5 months and I literally go every chance I get. Which at the moment, is about 3x a week. But I am trying to fit in one more session. I can hand on heart say that Yogalogy is a studio that is accessible to everyone regardless of age, experience, size or even confidence levels. And you don't need to be decked out in full Sweaty Betty or Lululemon, just wearing what you can move comfortably in is enough and not one person will care! There is no pretence or airs here.
Everyone there, teachers as well as others attending classes are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The classes are small so it enables a lot of individual attention. You'll never be left on your own wondering if you are doing something correctly or not. Everyone is encouraged to move in a way that is comfortable in your own body. You will be challenged, but it will be done SAFELY. They will take the time to get to know you and where your boundaries are. You will get support to learn and grow and your own pace and in no time you will get results.
Yoga isn't the only exercise I do, I also lift weights 2-3 times a week and yoga has really made such a positive impact on that as well. They are perfect supplements for one another.
That aside, it was Neda that won me over in the beginning. She's open and friendly to everyone. The passion she has for what she does is both inspiring and motivating. Every time I leave a class the same thing runs through my mind, "I am so thankful to have found it!"

The absolute perfect environment to not only focus on your yoga practice and learn, grow and nurture yourself but a place to meet others. A real family feel to the studio and classes are taught at a high quality, individually based and in a supportive mannner where you always leave feeling the better Han you arrived.

Wonderful place to practice yoga, I’m a beginner and was made to feel so welcome. Neda is a special lady who caters for all levels of yoga doers.

I was simply glad to finally find this clean cosy place, where you don't have a feeling of coming to another routine fitness class. It is cosy, welcoming and relaxing. All teachers are very different but very good. Had to stop my classes due to absence of time but dreaming of coming back soon

Such a lovely studio. Neda is a beautiful, caring teacher that puts her heart and soul in her students. One of the best places I have practiced in!
