Sudhi is a truly amazing teacher. He is calm, patient and attentive to his students, on his online yoga classes. He pays attention to your poses and gives clear instructions on how to perfect them. I have been doing yoga with Sudhi for the last few months and I have noticed how much my yoga practice has deepened and how my flexibility and mobility has significantly improved. My overall sense of wellbeing has also increased. I would absolutely recommend Sudhi's yoga classes for a truly authentic yoga experience.

Excellent online yoga classes. Sudhi is a very good teacher who gives clear instructions. Even beginner classes can be challenging if you have never practiced yoga before. But it is really important to learn yoga correctly to achieve maximum benefit.

I have been learning Yoga from Sudhir since Dec last year and without doubt this is one of the best things I have done recently. Sudhir is an amazing teacher, he is clearly an expert, his poses are incredible, he is very patient to explain things and always ready to talk before/after each practice. Above all, he is such a wonderful human being!
I have just loved attending his sessions, to the extend I am now doing Yoga almost every single day. There are so many benefits, not only in physical but mental wellbeing. I recently switched from evening classes to morning. And it’s a great start to the day. I cannot recommend Sudhir highly enough. A shame I cannot give more than 5 stars!

Sudhir is a very talented and an incredible Yoga teacher. He is also a genuinely lovely, patient and a welcoming person fully dedicated and committed to his students during the lesson. His directions for various yoga poses are clear, precise and easy to understand. He is very observant even in an online class and corrects if your positioning is incorrect. The classes are well structured with new stretches, asanas and breathing techniques introduced frequently to keep up the engagement and interest. He has also conducted 108 Surya Namaskar challenges and devoted time and effort to prepare those participating. I would highly recommend Sudhir to anyone who is looking to learn and practice yoga.

If you are looking for a yoga teacher who is highly skilled, immensely patient, inclusive of all capabilities students, understands each and every student's strength, pays equal attention to each one of the student even on a zoom session and is highly approachable yoga teacher then look further.
I am currently on recovery path from multiple chronic injuries after a major crash last year, which comes with its own set of challenges of setbacks, difficulties to balance an active lifestyle. But starting my yoga learning journey with Sudhir has made it much easier to have a sustainable approach so much so that the improvement in my overall health is not only visible to me but to my GP and physiotherapist as well.
It's the clear structure with which Sudhir conducts every class to start with warm ups to slowly increasing the pace and from demonstration of every asana(yoga pose) to how to ease into every yoga poses makes it easier to follow the teaching from day 1.
The flexibilities with number of classes Sudhir provides is also a plus for anyone with busy schedules to work around their time.
Overall I highly recommend for anyone interested in learning yoga to give it a try to attend a taster class and then I am sure you will be hooked to it as I did.

I joined Sudhirs online Yoga sessions in Jan this year as a beginner. Having joined many ad hoc and one-off sessions over the years, I always considered myself someone who didn't enjoy Yoga and found it slow and boring!
Now, 4 months down the line, I look forward to every session, knowing its going to be both challenging and rewarding.
Sudhir is clearly an accomplished Yogi himself and what makes him special as a teacher is his ability to identify and address limitations in his students. His reminders to engage , stretch, reach and breathe ensure that one practices the right way without injury or strain, while working both the body and mind.
I have , a few times, reluctantly joined a class at the end of a long busy stressful day at work and felt rejuvenated and positive at the end of the session.
Some of this is down to the practice of Yoga itself which has proven benefits. Yet a large part of that gain comes from Sudhirs continual guidance, corrections and support- all delivered in a soothing voice and with encouraging words.
I have a long way to go before I can master the asanas and a lot of work to be done to improve flexibility and strength. Am sure Yoga with Sudhir will makes this journey enriching and gratifying.

It was a very nice experience doing yoga with Sudhir. To start with, the environment was very serene and practicing yoga in that environment made me really feel connected to my inner self. Then comes learning the proper breathing techniques. I felt very relaxed breathing, the correct way- to my fullest lung capacity😂😂- in fresh air. Overall the session was an excellent one to unwind, to have some time for myself, after a full week of hustling and bustling and running around. I would definitely be in tomorrow if the weather permits. Very decent charge and a very good yog guru. Highly recommended.

Truely inspiring Yoga teacher. For a person who has never done Yoga previously, he motivated me to complete the 108 Suryanamaskara challenge. His instructions are easy to follow, has a patient approach and I cant recommend a better teacher than Sudhir for Yoga if anyone wants to learn.

Before this I never really liked Yoga or believed that it's a proper workout. Aerobics/Gym/Running used to be things in my list for exercise.
But doing Yoga with Sudhir has changed my opinion. During the session you actually sweat! It's a fantastic way to build your muscle strength while focusing on your breathing.
My belly tone is improving which it never did with any other exercise forms. It is because of routine which Sudhir takes through.
