J. W.I have been practicing with Yogi-Union for over a year and love Fiona's classes. Fiona is really friendly and inclusive, but also knows what she is doing so I feel safe and supported, even when trying more difficult poses. Fiona's love for yoga shines through and she shares this with her students. She's a brilliant teacher!
p. e.It’s great to have Fiona as a yoga teacher, who encourages at all levels, whilst always inspiring and offering a challenge. I love my Tuesday morning class and the weekly variety that Fiona puts into planning her classes.
I also love seeing my other yogis. I think friendships develop on the Mat and stay 🥰

Fiona is a fantastic teacher and gives lots of options for whatever level you're at. She knows how to encourage her students and the classes are always stimulating and fun
