I've really enjoyed prenatal yoga and hope to continue to the mummy yoga classes after my baby is born. I feel energised and refreshed after class. We chat about pregnancy topics before we do yoga and its good to hear other ladies are having similar experiences. At the end Sophia reads a relaxation script which is really nice to do after the work out. The class is catered for all levels and Sophia is a great teacher. Just come and give it a go, you won't regret it!

I have thoroughly enjoying attending Sophia's post natal yoga class with my little one. I think it's a brilliant way for new mums to keep some normality and do something for ourselves when so many other life changes are happening! It was great for my sanity and wellbeing. Plus it's a warm, welcoming class and a nice way to meet new mums.

Sophia is a cheerful and very nice lady, always making the class atmosphere relaxing. I never felt pressured into doing anything im not comfortable with and I always feel good after every class. I did prenatal yoga with sophia; could not find any other around my area, have to travel 25 minutes to get to class. Its worth the travel though, so much that I now attend postnatal class with my baby :)

Mummy Yoga is a great session to ease you back into exercise after having a baby. Sophia is enthusiastic and very friendly and gives a warm welcome to all mums and babies. During the session, Sophia provides options for each yoga pose, so whether you have had a caesarean or your baby is under 12 weeks old, everyone can get involved! I would definitely recommend Mummy Yoga.

I started yoga with Sophia in the pregnancy yoga class and loved it that much that when my bubs arrived, we started attending the mummy yoga class too. Sophia works with your level and abilities and makes the classes fun, relaxing, open and friendly. Highly recommended.

This class has really helped me become stronger and more flexible. Sophia is a fantastic teacher who guides you through the different poses, adapting each pose to the individual. Each class has a theme so we work every muscle at some point and every class ends with a relaxation, so you come away feeling refreshed and able to take on the world again.

Yoga for Everyone is exactly what it says on the tin; it caters for all abilities, which is perfect for a beginner like me who is looking to improve and push myself a bit further each week. It is a very welcoming, relaxed and fun class. I would recommend it to everyone.

I have attended the yoga for everyone class, it's a great mix of ages, genders and abilities, so everyone fits in. I was a bit worried i would struggle but there are lots of variations on poses and so it was easy for me to find a level that was initially right for me.
