I had been suffering with Sciatica after a running injury for a few years and by starting at Pragma Pilates I have been able to come off my daily pain killer.
Sarah is really easy to follow and I understood how to do Pilates properly even over other instructors I had experienced.
I'm a cyclist and it has made a huge difference to my core strength and I really miss it when I'm away working on an evening class. The classes are very friendly and I can really recommend Pragma Pilates.
The best way to attend is to book in via her website or Facebook/Instagram as that way you can make sure there is space. Also the first class is free.

I have been attending Sarah's on-line classes during lock-down and have thoroughly enjoyed working out. Sarah and the group have been very welcoming to me as a new member and Southern who lives down South.
Sarah provides a varied exercise programme targeting all areas which suits all levels. I began to feel the benefits physically and mentally within a few sessions. Thank you Sarah and good luck with the reopening of live lessons.

I had been looking for a form of exercise that I would enjoy and that would be low impact on my joints. I found Pilates and loved it. The class is very friendly and welcoming and yet Sarah manages to challenge me every week. She gives clear explanations and options to increase the challenge for myself, so even after nearly two years I still feel there is more to learn. As I look back I can see that I have improved and I feel stronger and more confident in getting about. I love Pragma Pilates and recommend it to anyone. Give a try, you might be surprised!

I’ve been attending Sarah’s classes for about 6 months and love them!
Each week the classes are different and Sarah puts a lot of time and consideration into the sessions, so you definitely aren’t bored doing the same things over and over.
I feel that lve definetly improving and I’m stronger as a result.
Sarah is lovely and very welcoming, so if your looking to try Pilates give her classes a try.

What an amazing class - it's highly addictive! Sarah brings so much fun and variety to each session - no two classes are the same. I always feel like I've had a complete body work-out, subtle moves, but boy do you notice the difference afterwards, not to mention a restful night's sleep! Personally, one of the main benefits I've found is my stomach doesn't feel as bloated, no doubt thanks to all the core strengthening exercises we do - my abs love Sarah :)

I signed up for 1 to 1 classes with Sarah a couple of months ago. I was nervous about doing exercise and had completely lost faith in my body following two major surgeries. Sarah is knowledgeable and reassuring and she took the time to look into my surgery and it's effects. She strikes a perfect balance between building confidence and pushing me out of my comfort zone! We've had about 10 sessions together and the progress has been outstanding - I'm in considerably less pain, I'd barely label it discomfort these days, and 100 times more mobile! I can't recommend her enough!

Exercise for me means high impact and high energy so I was a bit of a skeptic when it came to pilates. I joined Sarahs class and I can say I am now a convert. Her classes are professional, each exercise is clearly explained and there are options to push yourself as little or as much as your body allows.
