I've been attending classes since 2017 and my only regret is that I didn't discover Rebalance Pilates sooner. Not only has it helped my posture and balance but it has given me more confidence and increased my energy levels. Both studios provide a user-friendly environment and the teachers know exactly how to pitch the exercises in order to help me get the most out of each session. Thank you so much!

I've been attending physio-led Pilates at Rebalance for the past 3 months and I am so pleased I found them. Jo and Sarah are highly professional, friendly, and attentive at correcting your posture and improving your practice. I had spinal surgery at the end of last year, and I felt a bit wary of triggering pain with any exercise routine. However, Sarah is a very senior and knowledgeable physio who specialises in spinal problems, and I feel very safe and motivated under her guidance. They gear their classes to different levels, and during practice they guide you according to your specific needs. The team at Rebalance has been a godsend in my rehabilitation and recovery, and I recommend their classes wholeheartedly.

I've being doing Pilates with first Sarah and then Jo for about 4 years now, both on Zoom and in the Didsbury studio. They are such good teachers, give options for different levels so everyone can get the level of exercise they need and always make the classes fun. Being Physiotherapists they also adapt the exercises for each person's needs so noone will injure themselves. I would recommend these classes to anyone.

I have been coming to Joe's classes for years and have found them very beneficial. I have back pain and other issues and have found that the classes have helped a lot. My strength has also increased. Joe makes the classes fun and adapts to different levels. She kept them going throughout Covid on Zoom which was very much appreciated. Cannot recommend the classes enough!

I love going to Rebalance every week. I take classes with Sarah and started as a beginner almost a year ago. I have really seen improvement, but every class is so different, so varied and the teacher provides so many options for all levels, that there's always something to do within your range and ability. The studio is also lovely :)

Jo is absolutely brilliant both for one to one bespoke sessions and for classes. She is really friendly and the classes have a good atmosphere.
Being physio led it is reassuring that specific injury needs can be accommodated.

I came to Jo a few years ago with a protruding disc for which I was booked in for keyhole surgery to remedy. I was in constant pain and extremely miserable about it.
After attending classes I managed to improve the situation to a degree where I felt I no longer needed to resort to surgery.

I first started Rebalance Pilates 5 years ago. Jo is a qualified physiotherapist and experienced Pilates instructor. The teaching is of such high quality with just the right amount of challenge. She is fab at adapting the classes to suit your ability level and any injuries/specific needs you might have. Highly recommend these classes, both face to face and via Zoom.
