F. T.Sophia is an amazing yoga teacher, classes are calm, energising and fun all rolled into one. Sophia is passionate about what she does and this comes across in classes, encouraging you to try things you didn’t think you could! Sophia always offers alternatives to each pose making the classes fully inclusive for all abilities, can’t recommend her classes enough!

Her knowledge and passion shines through in every session and leaves you feeling accomplished with a positive mind and body. I truly look forward to our weekly sessions and can really see an improvement in my flows and poses. I cannot recommend Sophia and her classes enough for those of any ability!
