I had never done Qigong so my first ever class was with Jessica and I've fallen in love with it. She has a lovely welcoming manner and clearly explains everything. She gives different options so everyone in the class feels included whatever level you are. For me Qigong helps me to switch off and I always feel calmer, more relaxed and happy after the class. I love the slow, flowing movements of the practice and how it makes me feel better physically, mentally and emotionally.

I've been doing Jessica's Qigong classes for a few months now and they are amazing. She has a way of making everything feel like it's flowing and my body feels like it's thanking me every week for taking the class. Definitely needed and I would highly recommend. I recently joined a health club at the grand old age of 48 and i wasn't really enjoying gym.
So decided to give yoga a try. Started doing Jessica's Qigong class and i really enjoyed it.
Jessica has the most soft soothing voice, is very welcoming and patient. She is extremely competent and a fantastic teacher.
I was a complete novice but she has given me the confidence to join in and try my best.
I now do a Qigong class followed by Yin Yoga class twice a week.
I have now bought a yoga mat, pillow and yoga accessories as I'm confident this is the first exercise i actually enjoy and look forward to.
I come out of her class feeling refreshed, more energetic, happy and proud.

I love going to Jessica’s Qigong class. She is a fantastic teacher with a calming, welcoming and patient approach. She is very knowledgeable and talks you through the roots of the practice, which deepens your understanding, and always demonstrates/teaches you the correct postures. I have also been taught other styles of yoga by Jessica and highly recommend her as a teacher.

Jessica is an outstanding teacher; she makes things fun and relaxing even while she’s challenging us. The session is so flowing and ‘centering’ that it’s a surprise when we ache later - we don’t realise how hard we work. Jessica is clear, charismatic, and encouraging. She manages to pace the class in a way that suits people at all levels, and in a way that builds our repertoire but keeps things fresh. Not sure if we value it more for the physical or the mental benefits!

Just wanted to say that I attended Jessica’s transition into the summer MyoYin workshop last weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I go to her classes at DL on a regular basis and this workshop was an amazing experience. I felt so relaxed and chilled after being stimulated mentally as well as physically by longer meditation, self massaging with the tennis balls, yin practice and the sound bath with the crystal balls. I Would definitely recommend her workshops.

I love Jessica's Qigong classes - at the end you leave feeling as if you've just had a deep massage and then bang - about an hour later you get the most incredible energy burst which lasts all day. And this after the most gentle movements and stretches which you practice with Jessica's soothing voice coaxing you along. In her Yin Yoga I've moved my body into deep stretches that I would not have thought possible and again, once you leave the class you have the most amazing sense of well being. I'd highly recommend Jessica as a first class yoga teacher.

I can hartily recommend Jessica as a Yoga Teacher. Her practices are excellent both for Qigong and Yin Yoga. I have been attending both classes for about eight months. My long term back pain has vanished. My back survived a week on holiday at a ski resort with the usual rubbish beds without any probllems.
Her classes are very well managed from all aspects including safety, variety and presented at a very competant and soothing pace.
This is high quality stuff and I would encourage anyone to try Yoga with Jessica.

The pandemic break from the gym had left my muscles stiff and my joints weak. Only a few yoga sessions with Jessica has brought the suppleness and flexibility back into my body. The lessons are flowing and calming while gently strengthening the muscles. My body feels awakened and energised after every session. Jessica is brilliant yoga instructor who has introduced me to the concept of binding and I am realising the benefits of stretching coupled with binding. Thank you so much Jessica!!

I do Jessica's Flow Yoga classes, I love them. She is a great motivator, just when you think you are at the limit she'll say something like "one more" or "can you feel it?", always said with a smile. They are great challenging classes with plenty of options to increase or reduce the intensity.
She has a wide range of experience and this shows in the different flows that she can teach. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed Jessica’s Myo-Yin workshop , it was such a lovely relaxing experience mentally and physically. The next morning my arthritic hip was actually moving so much better! I have been doing Yin Yoga and Qigong with Jessica for a few years now. I had surgery recently and was not able to participate for a couple of months. I really noticed a difference. Now that I am back in class I can feel my energy, strength and flexibility returning.
The Qigong leaves me feeling energised and balanced. It elevates my mood and generally increases my ability to cope with the stresses of normal life.
The Yin Yoga was strange to me at first. I found it difficult to be still. Now I love the way it calms my mind and I can feel the poses working deep in the connective tissues. The meditative element is wonderfully grounding and Jessica has a gentle, calm manner and a mesmerising voice.
Jessica is an experienced and knowledgeable teacher. I always feel that I am in safe hands so I have the courage to try new things. She is friendly and effervescent and very encouraging. She is also creative so I feel like I’m always learning and never get bored. Her class is a comfortable, cheerful space.

I’ve had a couple of yin yoga sessions with Jessica and they were life changing. Even after coming in stressed and flustered she helps me turn off all outside noise and truly relax. I always leave feeling physically and mentally revived and strengthened, like coming out of hibernation. I couldn’t recommend both Jessica and yin yoga enough.

I took part in Jussica's Qigong class for the first time in April 2021 and never stopped going. Having to sit several hours a day to do my job working from home, I find her class very helpful to deal with stiff joints and back pains. I'm a big fan of the flowing movements she teaches, they are very effective in flexing spine and hips and helped releasing residual tension in my neck, back and lower back. Her class has also help reducing stress through breathing practices. There have been occasions when I went to her Qigong class with a very busy mind, tight neck and achy back, leaving very relaxed physically and mentally. As a teacher, Jesscia is friendly and makes the class fun to join; She explains benefit of each move well which is important to me as it helps achieving maximum benefits from them. I recommend her classes to anyone interested in keeping flexible healthy spine and joints through a relaxing exercise.
