n. j.I visit the Bhava Yoga Studio in Whickham regularly and really enjoy the class and teachings. Janara is a wonderful teacher and the class is for all levels, with easier and more complex variations of poses offered. Even though you feel like you've worked out I always come out more relaxed. The warm up is very thorough, and the teacher is always very mindful over different peoples abilities and always offers advice and corrections where necessary. Overall I would highly recommend this class, its provides practical and physical knowledge in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
