I have been attending Hotpod Yoga for more than a month now and it has been amazing. All the instructors are great. Very welcoming and helpful. The pods are nice. Each time I leave the session refreshed and recharged. Totally love it. Recommend it for everyone..

It was my first ever time doing yoga and the instructor Lauren recognised this and made me feel comfortable and explained it all to me. Throughout the practice, everyone recognised each other’s levels of difficulty in poses and it was acceptable to take a break whenever you wanted to so there was no pressure. The whole experience was relaxing and calming and definitely can be done by everyone at your own pace. Will be back 100% :)

My first session at Hotpod Yoga and it was amazing! The teacher was great and really put me to ease about being a new person to the class and made it clear that I could do only what I and my body was capable of. It's a great change from the normal way of working out and really let's your body work while your mind rests. I would definitely recommend for anyone who regularly exercises and needs something a little different, or for those who need to take time to stretch more.

Hadn’t done much yoga before trying out the pod but after one class I was hooked! So much fun, so so good for the mind and the body. Every class has options from the most basic easy moves to some tricky ones so you can really tailor the session to your own abilities. Every instructor is friendly and approachable, will do everything to help your practice. Would really really recommend trying it out. Its not just yoga it’s a full on experience!

After an 18 month hiatus from the pod (thank you very much covid..!), I returned 2 weeks ago and I'm so relieved to be back! Pre-covid I had a mini membership, which was easy to manage, good value for money and fit the frequency of my moments on the mat well- weekly that is. Each teacher has their own style- from yummy and restorative to more like a conditioning workout- but one thing they all have in common is how professional they all are. I love going to the pod and its becoming my sunday wind down activity yet again- thank you hotpod!

I have been attending HotPod Yoga classes in Whitley Bay for well over a year now and I quickly became totally hooked! The pod is such a special place. However, it’s during Lockdown that the benefits have really come home to me. Even though we can’t actually be in the pod, the teachers manage to give us a wonderful experience even over Zoom! I’ve bought myself a diffuser, I have the heating on full and try to recreate the atmosphere of the pod. I honestly don’t think I could cope without my Hotpod yoga, it’s getting me through lockdown. If you haven’t tried it I’d highly recommend it.

The studio and pod are always very clean and well presented. The teachers are very knowledgeable and so welcoming; the classes themselves all have a slightly different feel based on the teacher which keeps it unexpected. Great fun and challenging yet a fantastic way to relax and unwind. I love Hotpod!

I started Hotpod at the beginning of 2020 and I am now completely obsessed and can't get enough! The teachers are fab and so are the facilities. I did my first dynamic class with Natalie last week and left feeling amazing in both body and mind. The pod is super super relaxing, dark and warm, and I feel very safe with the extra measures they have implemented since Covid. My strength and flexability have massively imporoved and I genuinely feel like my mind is calmer since starting Hotpod too.

At HPY Newcastle you immediately feel welcomed! When I visited for the first time, I thought I was just joining for one class, but then I got hooked and it’s quickly become a highlight of my week! The studio has a great team of teachers who are kind, professional, and encouraging! I’d struggle if you asked me to name my favourite, cause all of them are a real pleasure to practice with! An hour spent at the HPY Newcastle studio is an hour when I can forget about everything else and just enjoy being myself and seeing what my body is capable of. And it’s also a great activity if you want to try something new with your friends or partner!

HPY is the best yoga experience you could ask for in Newcastle. The teachers are without doubt the most welcoming and genuine people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.
The classes are well structured, and each one has some individuality which is refreshing. You can take the classes at your own pace or push yourself super hard, everyone is welcome. No previous yoga experience is needed so if you’re thinking of trying it, do!

Love love love this place. If you suffer with anxiety I highly recommend any form of yoga. The teachers at the pod are all amazing! I love how many classes this place has to offer from morning to night classes. Monthly prices can be the best option but other passes are great value too.

I loved this yoga place from day one. Body temperature and darkness are what makes this pod special. You relax and unwind in this magical hour you stay in there. Staff is always kind and very understanding to everyone's special needs. I am so glad I am able to practise yoga frequently at Hotpod. <3

As a runner and yoga enthusiast when a friend recommended hotpod yoga, I curesly went along with her to try it out, 1st sesson was free, so thought why not! On meeting the instructor I was made to feel very welcome and at ease, you are encouraged to work at your own pace (within your practice) they were on hand to help with gentle guidance through out the class. At the end of the session I felt amazingly chilled and relaxed from head to toe. I've been hooked ever since! It's helped me prepare for races and aided with my recovery. Couldn't recommended HPY enough.

I’ve been to three classes now and absolutely love it. Each class I’ve been to has been led by a different instructor which I think is good as they all bring their own style and a bit of variation. I consider myself a beginner but never felt embarrassed or intimidated in the pod, you just take things at your own pace and you can always rest if required.

I really enjoy the classes. I have just completed the 3 class trial pack, and have now moved onto a monthly subscription. I started off with the early morning ones, but I now prefer to go later in the day as the POD is really hot as the day progresses (probs because it has been off all night and needs to warm up).
