I really enjoy Carole's classes. They are interesting and informative with different routines and the use of various types of Pilates equipment. Professional and friendly, Carole knows each person by name and is a great encourager. Carol is a well qualified experienced instructor who is fantastic in encouraging and motivating all levels of clients to achieve their individual goals.
All the clients are very welcoming. I had joined on my own but made friends within the group now.
These are great classes to get involved in for people of all levels.

I have been attending Carol's classes for 4 years and the benefits are really showing. As a man in his late 60s I suffer from many residual injuries suffered over a lifetime of playing regular sports. The exercises we perform have helped me through the residual pain of these injuries, whilst also making me much more flexible and building muscle strength. For example, I have suffered pain in my right hip after many years playing football. It got to the point where I was taking painkilling medication every day. Since I started Carol's classes I have come off the painkillers entirely. I would recommend Pilates for anyone in their 60s as the benefits of flexibility and strength it brings helps to maintain an active lifestyle. And Carol's classes focus on these benefits whilst also being fun and enjoyable.
