Best yoga class I’ve Been to. Claire is a great teacher, she gives clear direction and always makes sure you’re doing it correctly. Poses change every class so you don’t get bored and I definitely felt relaxed, full of beans after every class. Totally recommended

I was apprehensive about attending my first class which was on a Tuesday evening, however Claire and I messaged a few times and she was very reassuring. The classes are gentle and Claire does not push you into doing anything that may cause discomfort. The atmosphere is very peaceful and the head massage at the end is awesome!

One of my favourite hours of the week!
This is a fantastic class, Claire is brilliant, her passion and knowledge of Yin Yoga makes all the classes relaxing and you know you are working your body in positive ways. She explains all the yoga moves each time so it is great for all levels and abilities with no pressure to hold the positions, just to listen to our body and rest when needed.
The monthly yoga work shops are great too. A wonderful 2 hours of yoga followed by a cuppa, fruit and a chat with fellow yogis.

I have attended Clare's tuesday Yin and Nidra classes as well as pregnancy and baby yoga workshops and really recommend them all. Clare's classes focus on relaxation, rest and restoration. She creates a calm and welcoming space, you don't have to have done yoga before to be a part of it, these classes can be done by anyone and all are welcome. I always come away from Yogabud classes feeling more relaxed, grateful and happy than when I walked in, and this is a credit to Clare's engaging and empathetic teaching style. These classes are for anyone and everyone looking to find a space to take a little window of time to restore themselves and I can't recommend attending them highly enough.

I have done both yoga classes and a Nidra yoga workshop with Claire. Very individual and no need to over push yourself as it’s a build as you need class.
I find the breathing and the relaxation Claire includes extremely beneficial for muscle tension and stress management.
Definitely a class where you can chill or develop.

The pregnancy yoga classes I took with Claire were the best thing I did in my pregnancy. Claire helped me prepare for the birth with breathing and positions to use in labour. The classes were well structured and I came away feeling relaxed and revitalised! Amazing!
