I first started going to PB studios just over a year ago and I remember sitting outside in the car park summoning up the courage to actually just go in. Right from the off from my first chat with Ian to talking to Diana I felt at ease . It has a lovely family feel and Diana is an amazingly warm instructor. Classes are fun but challenging and there are always adaptations to suit every level. I 100% recommended Perfect Balance Mind and Body Studios- go on give it a try- you won’t regret it.

I've been going to Perfect Balance studios since they first opened. Diana herself is the most knowledgable, inspiring, passionate , and friendly instructors I have ever had the chance to train with. I can comfortably say that as a professional dancer Diana is more then capable and willing, to amend and change things in her classes if someone has an injury or requires assistance. The whole team are the perfect mentors whether you've never done a single class in your life or you're an experienced gym goer.
The studio trains you professionally yet treats every person as an individual. This place is one of a kind and really does have the perfect balance.

I joined the studios 5 years ago and my whole perspective on fitness changed thanks to Di’s inspiring and motivating classes. I am much more educated when it comes to technique as well as knowing what workouts work for me and my health goals. First saw Perfect balance when leaving St Woolos hospital for physio on shoulder straight over from hospital entrance. Joined beginners Pilates classes for 6 weeks and have been member ever since. Diana Hopkins is a wonderful instructor
and keeps small class numbers to ensure she watch and help each person. She has more instructors to assist take classes such as Pilates chair, Piyo, Pilates at the barre etc.and classes run Sunday to Fridays, morning and evening classes. Everyone is friendly and welcoming so dont worry about attending on your own as I did. Diana has kept classes going during lockdown on U tube, what's app and recently in Bellvue park, its wonderful for my mental health as well as my body.

Fantastic family run studio with knowledgeable instructors catering for all abilities, shapes, sizes and ages. A complete beginner I initially joined for help with a prolapsed disc, and never left. Friendly and welcoming, the team there will do their best to help you reach your goals with a range of great classes and fellow members who soon become friends.

This is the best gym I have ever joined. Compared to all others it is personal, friendly, professional and the owners Diana and Ian are always available to advise and support each and every individual. They run courses so that people can learn about the importance of training, posture and movement as well as how to protect the back whilst working out. One word - fantastic! The studio offers a great variety of classes and is suitable for all. With new routines and programmes regularly added to the timetable, exercise never gets dull! There is a brilliant friendly atmosphere and the instructors are really good at adapting to the needs of the individual or working with an injury. Best gym I have been to by far, it is creative, friendly but most importantly it works and you can always see the results!

Brilliant Pilates studios and gym with highly experienced, knowledgeable, freindly staff. Welcomes people of all abilities, ages, and shapes. Classes with limited numbers to ensure all get the best out of sessions. I nervously went to a Pilates Beginners course in March 2017 after experiencing back muscle niggles for a number of years and Di's Pilates has worked wonders.

The studio offers a huge variety of classes Somerhing for everyone with taster sessions and workshops offered too. Diana is enthusiastic about everything she teaches and very knowledgeable about many techniques, approaches etc. Everybody is friendly and welcoming and there is a range of ages and abilities. I had never joined a gym before Perfect Balance as i was always intimidated by the prospect but a friend recommended PB and so I joined December 2014 my first class was VIPR and it was then i met Diana. Diana is a professional, knowledgeable, curteous, approachable lady who has always been there to provide support, reassurance and advice on what is best for me as an individual.
The classes are varied to suit all needs be it a pounding in Apocolypse or Circuits or Core Strengthening in PiYO/Barre Concept then theres everything else that is offered. Diana listens to the members, if she felt that we were not happy with a move, a class or anything else Diana would assist and change things around to suit us often in her own time. I have changed my lifestyle in the last yr or so that i have been a member. Perfect Balance is not just a gym (it can be if thats all you require) it is a place where you can learn, grow and aspire to be the best version of yourself. And Diana and Ian help you achieve that with health advice, support in all aspects of exercise, eating and how to maintain those changes.
If it dosent challange you it wont change you.... ! X

Best gym/studio I have been to, and theres been a few! I joined from the start and i'm not going anywhere else!
The classes are brilliant, and all the instructors are friendly and professional. Theres classes for everyone from pilates to barre to strength training and more classes are being added all the time to change things around.
Its not your bog standard 80s legs bums and tums classes that you get in some places, its modern and fun and I would recommend it to anyone.
There is also gym underneath which is a proper, gritty gym and I absolutely love it!! Its my playground! 😜

I have been a member of PB studios since it was opened. The team are always ready to help and advise if there are injuries and ask prior to EVERY class (which makes previous review a shock).
The classes are well thought out and updated on a regular basis. Often, as I play a sport I have been injured (calf tears, shoulder injuries, dislocated fingers) and have been included and advised throughout a class, offered alternatives and even given 1 on 1 time to help maintain strength without further injury.
That's not to mention the downstairs gym that offers the perfect playground for anyone who wants to undertake functional training or weights. Love it here.
