I completed Maya's six-week kundalini course - I loved it and would really recommend.
It's suitable for all levels, so no experience or knowledge needed.
You can feel the benefits straight away - very relaxed with a calmer mind and headspace.
It involves meditation, movement and chanting, which in combination bring you back into yourself, giving a safe space and providing huge mental health and general health befefits.
The world would be a different place if everyone did Kundalini - I encourage you to give it a go.

I have practised yoga for years but have never tried Kundalini yoga which is very different. I loved the chanting of the mantras and the breath work especially the exercises to connect the right and left parts of the body, the masculine and the feminine.
Maya explained everything very clearly. The extended sessions in her home studio made it a delightful and energising experience. Thank you, Maya.

Maya is a really good teacher, asking if you have questions and takes the time to explain the postures and their benefits.
I discovered Kundalini yoga at a festival and I wanted to try it out again.
I feel really good after the sessions. This is more than just doing some postures, it is really deep in the mind and the body! I highly recommend doing Kundalini yoga with Maya!!
I had the chance to trial her sessions and the membership "cloud" for one week for free, it gives a good idea of what it is about!

I did my first class with Maya recently and she didn't disappoint! I really enjoyed the combination of Kundalini, the chanting, meditation and mindfulness in the class. I recently went along to Maya's workshop 'Fall in Love with your Divine Self.' This was a perfect retreat and treat for myself!
The room was decorated beautifully with fairy lights, Crystal's, flowers, chocolates and smelt gorgeous. These are all my favourite things so I was super happy!
I always leave Maya's classes feeling energised, balanced and motivated.
If you are thinking of trying something new for yourself then I highly recommend her Kundalini yoga. Go on.....treat yourself 💕
