L. H.Sam's yoga classes are consistently a wonderful place to relax and reconnect with yourself after a long week. He has an amazing ability to know when to challenge you when you need it and when to leave you to recharge and relax. I would fully recommend Sam's yoga to anyone wanting to take a little more care of themselves whether that be mentally or physically. Having gone through from beginner to mixed ability, I can confidently recommend this class to anyone. Thanks Sam!
T. H.I joined this class as a complete beginner when Sam started this class up. I had no idea what to expect. Right from the off I’ve enjoyed it. Both the way the classes are structured and the relaxed friendly atmosphere that Sam sets make me, as a novice, feel comfortable.
The difference that this class has made to my well being are worth noting. I have far more flexibility, movement and core strength than I’ve had for many years. My balance has improved by some measure, my breathing and concentration (at least while in class😂) have seen the same improvement too.
I look forward to my weekly class now as a pleasure, not a chore. Thanks Sam.... long may it continue 😊👌

A. P.I would totally recommend Sam’s classes. These are challenging but not impossible. I personally appreciate the small group size as I know I can get all the help I need. I have been to yoga classes in other venues and instructors cannot help everyone because of the large number of people in the room.
