I first met Jess 13 years ago, when I was a seeking some 'pregnancy' yoga. I had the most wonderful experience being part of this course and it 100% helped me to have the most natural and calm birthing of my baby boy! I absolutely loved the 'baby' yoga course that I was part of for several weeks and have continued to have yoga sessions just for me, over the years. Jess is the most amazing yoga teacher who has become one of my closest friends-I will be forever grateful for her expertise and beautiful soul. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Bliss Yoga with Jess.
These classes are wonderful! I joined Jess’s pregnancy yoga class when I was pregnant with my first child. I am now back for my second. Jess provides such a safe and welcoming environment for expecting mums and I took away so much from her class. It gave me tools and empowered me to have the birth I wanted. I would highly recommend!
Jess is a fabulous yoga teacher, her classes are a treat to go to. Super relaxing and her focus on the breath and meditations are so restorative. Particularly good for older people, or those of us with injuries or new to yoga, she is gentle and the moves flow easily so it seems really accessible even if you're not very bendy to start with!

Jess was a constant for me with both my pregnancies and birth preparation, I loved the connective nature of her yoga classes.
I swear by Jess' antenatal Yoga and recommend to all my pregnant friends! I found the experience so important to my second pregnancy where I wanted to take control of my birthing experience. Jess helped me to reflect on my first birthing experience which was a caesarean and it made me realise I could do things differently this time (and it worked!). I savoured the time I took out for myself and my unborn baby to really be in touch with how I felt. I attended around 20 weeks of sessions as I got so much out of it.
A unique experience combining philosophy and benefits of yoga excersise for all abilities.
I have learnt the importance of using breathing techniques to counteract stress. Jess imparts the tools she has acquired to her students in a nurturing and caring manner.
I would highly recommend Jess's classes I've really enjoyed the and learnt a lot of useful tools for my well being.
