This is a great studio, it is clean, spacious and friendly. I had not tried hot yoga before, but it adds a whole new dynamic. Adam is a brilliant teacher, taking time to consider my and what I want to achieve through yoga practice.

Being fairly new to yoga and my first experience of hot yoga, I'll definitely be back. Adam was welcoming and really great at instructing, giving many options for different levels. The studio is clean, airy and a really calm environment. Fab :-)
