I love the fact the class changes every 2 weeks, keeps it interesting for me, and often there are moves I haven't tried before. You work really hard and Emma's encouragement helps especially when your muscles are tiring. It really is the best class I have done.

Fantastic! Took part in a one off runners session a while back that I really enjoyed. Then a couple of months ago saw some new sessions had been listed on the reformer machine and signed up to give it a go. Have just rebooked and love the changes and impact Pilates with Emma is Having.

I highly recommend Emma’s classes which I’ve been attending for almost a year (Pilates and Cardio). The sessions are varied each week to keep them fresh, challenging and enjoyable. Emma is so knowledgeable, patient and fun that I also booked a couple of 1-2-1 sessions where we concentrated on my specific needs. Emma followed up by sending me the exercise plans so I could continue these at home.

Emma’s Pilates class is the perfect start to my weekend. Emma is very professional, lovely and I really enjoy her style of class. She gives really clear, simple instructions throughout the class, that are easy to follow and suitable for all abilities. Even virtually she makes sure to give appropriate corrections to my body position to ensure I am completing the move safely and in the right way. The classes are enjoyable, flow nicely and are relaxing yet challenging.

I have had various instructors / teachers over the years, and I feel that Emma is ‘in a class of her own!’ Everything is brilliantly planned and executed to a high professional level. I am probably regarded in the ‘older’ category and do have injuries, however Emma always takes this into account. My husband and I having been having one to one sessions with Emma for nearly a year now each week.
Neither of us had never done Pilates before but I had had 3 kids close together and no core strength and my husband has had lots of sporting injuries so we needed some help!
It’s the best money we spend I think- an hour a week with Emma has resulted in resolution of my diastasis and my husband hasn’t complained his back pain at all. We are stronger and more flexible.
Emma is so knowledgable and her sessions are fun and she works us hard without it feeling like a chore.
