Since attending Stacey’s Pilates and Yoga classes I have noticed a massive improvement in my posture. I used to suffer with recurring back problems (ex-rugby player!) and this is now a thing of the past. I highly recommend Stacey to anyone wanting to improve their physical and mental well-being. I used to attend Stacey's Pilates classes at the Sports park before lock-down so being able to continue the classes via zoom has brought a bit of structure and normality back to a very non normal time! Stacey is a great instructor and makes all her classes fun, there is always a bit of humour. Lots of variety to the classes and they are suitable for all as Stacey gives options throughout for different levels and takes time to work with any issues you may have and always has time for you. Zoom classes work really well and you get the bonus of being able to work out in your PJ's :D which is good as Stacey always ends with a lovely relaxation.

I have been doing Yoga on Zoom with Stacey for a few months now. And I am really, really enjoying it.
I do a regular Hatha Yoga class on a Monday Evening and Stacey also runs a range of 3 weeks courses with a different emphasis. For example a course to help improve sleep and another to lower stress.
I enjoy the whole of the class. The Yoga poses, the relaxation, the breathing techniques.
I would definitely recommend these classes. I feel better for taking them

I attend Stacey’s Zoom Pilates class online. I can highly recommend Stacey for her professionalism, calmness and understanding. You can go at your own speed and She will give different levels during her instruction to meet your personal need. I especially like the relaxation mindfulness at the end

Fantastic online Pilates and Yoga instruction - a relaxed atmosphere - no yoga snobbery or impossible poses - each class is aimed at a variety of levels with easy through to more challenging options clearly explained. Stacey can’t do enough to be accommodating to fit in with normal life. And all this from the comfort of you own home! Perfect for busy parents who can’t get out easily to classes.

Stacey was hugely supportive, knowledgeable, adaptable and kind and I now feel that I understand my body's capabilities and this has given me confidence to try all sorts of classes that I would have been to afraid to before.
