I love 'the colours of yoga' classes! Lenka is an amazing instructor at all different levels. The classes have helped me improve my flexibility and strength as well as calm and relax my mind. I really enjoy her style of teaching, as she takes the time to explain the poses and their meaning (especially for beginners/improvers) as well as how they help. During these difficult times of lockdown her online classes is something I enjoy and would defintely recommend!

Lenka's improvers classes are challenging enough to make you feel you had a good workout while treating back and joint pains. I always look forward to the guided meditation that is often part of the sessions. Her online yoga classes have been part of my self care regimen during the lockdown.

Dynamic and very well explained class, with everything a good yoga class needs : concentration, asanas, breath exercices, relaxation. Sometimes meditation. We work on different parts of the body and different organ systems.
