I had my first 1:1 online yoga session with Caroline and I loved it.
It was personalised to me and how I felt. Caroline took time at the beginning to ask me about my physical and mental health which put me at ease straight away. We then started to warm the body up gently and carried on with different poses. We finished with some meditation which I always found hard to do and can't seem to be able to relax my mind but I almost fell asleep on this occasion. I genuinely felt it was more than just a yoga routine, but more a process of relaxation, the occasion to listen to your body, your mind and take some time to focus on yourself with Caroline's guidance on how to do each movements to get the best result.
I am very new to yoga itself but I really enjoyed my time with Caroline. I am looking forward to our next session.

Yoga with Caroline has provided the perfect opportunities to take some self care time whilst the world has been chaotic.
The meditation sessions helped me reset and come back to my breath, slow down and reassess. It has helped me to come back to my values, and help realise what I can control- my health and mental wellbeing.
Caroline’s yoga sessions are a beautiful flow to that allowed me to relax and significantly improved sleep. Slow pace makes it easy to follow and gives time to focus on the breath.

I have been going to Caroline's yoga classes for several week now and I have found it very beneficial. Gentle approach, leads into a strong restorative practice, increased suppleness and strength. Always feel very positive and full of wellbeing afterwards, yet also stronger and very relaxed.

I have been following Caroline’s 15 minute what I call recentering practice. For me the effects are not instant. It is a discipline that has paid dividends. When I find myself avoiding something (eg going into the fridge to find something to eat!) I have learnt to stop, breathe and notice what is going on. It works when I do it properly. I need that weekly reminder to help me embed that. Thank you Caroline. Never too old to learn!!
