Kirsty is a great Yoga teacher, her classes are both relaxing and dynamic, excellent if you are looking for a moment to disconnect and focus on your self, it doesn't matter if you have never done Yoga before, she makes her sessions suitable for everyone. Her yoga sessions have been a big part of my self discovery journey.

I recently completed Kirsty's breathwork programme in order to improve my breathing whilst running. I thought the sessions and programme as a whole were well structured with a clear plan and progression between each. The concepts were also explained very clearly and I understood them well. I found it all very interesting. The follow up summaries that Kirsty provided via email were also very detailed and informative which I also found useful. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their sporting performance!

I have been doing Kirsty yoga for over a year now started with face to face sessions but due to the pandemic Kirsty soon sorted out regular zoom classes which I attend weekly.
Definitely feel the benefit to regular practice with Kirsty. Classes are always well presented and have a focus Kirsty has a wealth of knowledge which shares with you. Instructions are always clear and plenty of options for anyone with underlying issues.
Classes always finish with a relaxation which I have been known to fall asleep in several times !
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Embodiment Yoga Nottingham weather your a beginner or a regular to yoga Kirsty and her classes are brilliant .

Kirsty's online classes throughout lockdown have been fabulous. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and feel very lucky to have found her classes. Kirsty's classes are both restorative and dynamic. Kirsty delivers a real understanding of yin yang style yoga. Her encouragement of yoga props has really helped me deepen my practice. I so look forward to the online classes they are a tonic.
