I went to this class last week for the first time, as I am new to hot yoga I found the class to be very relaxed and the instructor was patient and friendly, well structured class with enough space. I left feeling relaxed. Would highly recommend 🙂

Absolutely love this place... And everyone involved with running it... Its the highlight of my stressful week to be able to attend... The only downside is I live so far away its hard to leave the kids often enough to attend as much as I'd like to... Can't recommend it enough!! Thank you Sarah and everyone HotPod Notts for being my tranquil escape xx hopefully one day you might branch out to the surrounding towns/villages :)
