I've been attending Fiona's yoga classes for the last two years and look forward to attending every week. I've had other teachers but Fiona is a natural yoga teacher with an incredibly soothing voice and healing energy. Using her intuition she adapts the class to the needs of the audience every week. Her class is suitable for both beginners and more advanced participants. Everyone benefits. Just after attending a few classes, l am able to close my eyes for the majority of the time and benefit from a truly mindful and spiritual connection with my practice. The enery in the room is incredible and I receive a truly healing experience for both body and mind. I can't wait for my next class!

I found Fiona online through her website. I had contacted a few instructors to try to get a feel for who would be best for me. After speaking with Fiona via email & phone, I got such a good vibe from her, her energy is infectious and she has such a calming nature about her. I was looking for one to one tuition to help me better understand my place within yoga and how to safely arrive at some of the poses. I definitely got all of this & more with Fiona. She is intuitive, supportive, knowledgable and just has such great energy. To learn from somebody down to earth but also great at what they do, was really refreshing. I can’t recommend her enough.

Fiona has been teaching me Yoga for over a year now at various locations around West Bridgford where she is located. I find her classes wonderful for the body as well as the mind, she exudes a wonderful calmness and has a very giving soul. We have done Hot Yoga and paired Yoga in her workshops which was great fun, and we even took a trip over the Bridge into Nottingham and tried out Ariel Yoga as a one off. I look forward to my twice weekly sessions with her very much and I recommend her highly to you.

Absolutely amazing instructor fi Morris is so good I’ve booked my classes till February 2020. Not only will your fitness improve but your recovery levels are amazing to. Fi is so good professional footballers are regulars at fi Morris classes. If you want true mind body and soul workout fi is the very best highly recommended.
