Absolutely love going to yoga classes with Natalie. I started going to yogabellies when I was pregnant with my little boy. The breathing techniques helped me to stay calm and focused throughout my birth and I made some great friends too. I now go to the Luna class. Nat is such a lovely, caring person and her classes are just amazing. Leave your stresses of the day at the door and bring a little mindfulness back as you relax and unwind. It’s my little escape every week 💕 xx

I would definitely recommend Natalie and her Yoga classes. I joined her pregnancy yoga class when I was 20 weeks pregnant. I had never tried yoga before and was a little nervous about whether I was flexible enough. However, there was no need to worry as Natalie made me feel so welcome and she explains each move making easy to follow even if you haven’t tried yoga before. She creates a space with such attention to detail such as low lighting, fairy lights and lovely smells from an air diffuser making it a very calming and positive atmosphere. Natalie has a very calm and kind aura, which compliments the yoga and relaxation techniques.
The class is also great to meet other expectant mums along the way. I would love to continue some of her classes once my baby boy arrives.

The highlight of my week was Natalie’s pregnancy yoga class, so relaxing and gave me time to connect with my baby and focus on preparing for birth. Natalie is very knowledgeable and able to offer appropriate movements and stretches for you at different stages of pregnancy. I also met some lovely people at the class who I have stayed in contact with - the class gave me the opportunity to meet local mums to be and make friends ☺️

Having never practised yoga before, I was unsure what to expect, but found Natalie’s pregnancy class a big help physically and mentally when having my little girl. Natalie is a lovely teacher, and the techniques I learnt helped me to have a positive experience during birth. It was also a lovely opportunity to meet other mums-to-be, and I look forward to continuing at the mum and baby classes with my little one. Very highly recommended!

I have been to both the Pregnancy classes and the mother and baby classes run by Natalie. I found the style of both classes to be very relaxed and extremely comfortable. The pregnancy yoga was amazing - the only night of the week I got any decent sleep. The breathing techniques massively helped me during labour (only needed paracetamol) and led to me feeling much less anxiety about the birth. The mother and baby classes were great; certainly good fun and really laidback. I highly recommend these classes they are worth every penny.

I have been attending the pregnancy classes. As someone who has never done yoga before I was unsure as to how I would find the classes. I am so glad I went. Natalie is so calm and reassuring, she alters everything so that you can join in whatever your ability. I can’t wait for yoga each week and it is something that I intend on continuing after baby is here!

Natalie is awesome and her class is the best I’ve attended. It’s a small group of mixed age and ability ladies and Natalie puts us all at ease, the movements and flow she creates is inspiring, thoughtful, calming and refreshing,, meditation and mindfulness -the whole package with no pressure on any individual. I would highly recommend for body strengthening, stretching and depression or anxiety issues, Natalie has and is still helping me through a range.

Amazing pregnancy yoga classes. I attended whist pregnant with my son. It definitely helped me to relax and to get in tune with my body. All the breathing exercises that we did during the class really helped to keep me calm during my c section. Would definitely recommend these classes.

I attended Yoga bellies for pregnancy and it was a wonderful experience. Natalie is a wonderful teacher and I truly believe attending the classes really did help me achieve the birthing experience I wanted 2nd time round after a very traumatic 1st experience.

Natalie’s classes were one of the main things I missed in lockdown. It’s great she has found a safe way to make them happen again.
Each class has a different theme and concentrates on different areas, be it relaxation or strengthening. Natalie is very mindful of people’s differing levels and offers alternatives to push you further should you want to but at no time do you ever feel you are not doing enough.
I have found them enjoyable, relaxing and a place to escape for a while from the craziness of the world at the moment. I feel more supple and energised too. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Yes I'm Natalie's mum but I found her classes friendly, relaxing and well organised. She delivers her classes in a calm, professional maner and goes to great lengths to follow government guidelines to keep her class safe during this difficult time.

Relaxing, effective and very professionally led class. Right after the first class I felt better stretched, and after the second one my lower back ache was pretty much gone! Love the meditations too. Couldn't praise Natalie more!

I have to say this is one of the best yoga classes I have ever experienced, the teacher is amazing and you completely unwind and it puts you in a better mental and physical place. Love the class highly recommend whether you are beginner or advanced.
