Daniela is a fantastic yoga teacher. I started coming to increase my activity after illness, and she took the time to discuss with me any problems I might face before my first class. She is always able to offer adjustments to poses to suit everyone in the class, and I always leave feeling so stretched and relaxed.

Daniela is the best Yoga teacher! She puts a lot of thought into the sessions, so there is a lovely progression through the different postures, which supports concentration and awareness of the body. Although some of the positions are quite demanding physically, there is nothing athletic or striving about Daniela’s approach. I always leave feeling better and inspired!

I’ve practiced yoga with Daniela many years back in Rome. She is a very kind person and always willing to learn more. We still practice online nowadays and she still has the same motivation as long time back. Her maturity allows her to balance well family and her work with the students. I m so happy to have met her!

I was a little unsure about starting yoga as I am in my middle ages. I was worried I would enter a class and be asked to do the splits and a head stand straight away. I put off going many times.
When I finally plucked up enough courage to go I could not have been more surprised by how welcoming and relaxed Daniela's classes were. She at once put me at ease and made me feel surported all the way through.
I try to go to her lessons weekly. I am more flexible now both in my mind and my body and I feel more relaxed in myself than I think I have ever been.
I feel very grateful for her lessons and blessed to have such a wonderful teacher near by.
I recommend her lessons whole heartedly.
And you know what.... I can do the head stand now.

Love this class. I find Chair Yoga really benificial. Not only for my pain history, (shoulder, knees), but also for my day to day fitness. The class includes mental exercises, (relaxation, breathing), equally as benificial and important.
The content and quality of Daniela's class is great. She is very approachable and explaines each excersise thoroughly.
I would attend this class twice weekly if it were possible.

Daniela is such a warm, welcoming and friendly person. Classes are small and she goes out of her way to ensure you can participate regardless of your ability or experience. She is keen to make your time in the class a beneficial experience. She gives lots of suggestions for alternative poses if you are unable to complete the original suggestion. The sessions end with a cool down meditation, it's worth it for that alone, Daniela has a soothing hypnotic voice that ensures you end every session in a good place. Highly recommend.

Sometimes I feel Daniela makes me fly. I enter the room with sedentary pain from too much computer, but I soon feel the healing power of her thorough programme, and find a better alignment, flowing between poses, building balance, from the earthy, rooted strength of the warrior 1 pose to the point where I feel ready to take flight in warrior 3, discovering a new lightness.
