I first joined while I was pregnant and then again post-partum and I found Anouska very accommodating, she gives lots of options to make the session effective and enjoyable for everyone. She creates a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, there is never any pressure to achieve any of the poses and I always leave the class feeling energised and grounded.
