Cassie is a fantastic Pilates instructor. Her classes are well structured, informative, challenging to the appropriate level of your fitness. Cassie herself is warm, funny and makes a real effort to welcome everyone to her class even when balancing simultaneous live/online class. She is continually educating herself in her craft and bringing that to class. Offering access to her classes online have really broadened her appeal. Cassie is a Pilates superstar.

Cassie's classes are the best pilates classes I've ever attended and I've tried quite a few over the years. I have been to her pregnancy, postnatal and regular classes and they have all been brilliant. She is really clear in her instructions and makes sure that everyone does the exercises properly and safely no matter what level you're at. She is also really welcoming to new people and is really funny and entertaining so you don't mind that she pushes you hard! Love it both on zoom and in person!

I've been to Cassie's classes for over 10 years having first started in her antenatal classes; her breathing rhythm and technique actually helped me through labour! I then went on to her post-natal and regular mixed classes including arranging for her to come and lead a class in my workplace.
Developing core strength in Cassie's classes and learning various routines that I can practice at home has helped me both mentally and physically over the years and improved my running performance. Had a bit of a gap over the last couple of years but it was a joy to join Cassie again in one of her pop-up outdoor classes on Oreston Quay. She puts everyone at ease and is so clear to follow, giving different options to suit you for each exercise. It's the perfect blend of meditative exercise for relaxation and strength and balance training. I'm still feeling the burn a couple of days later! Looking forward to getting back into it. I really recommend these classes. I've just completed 3 blocks of pregnancy pilates and loved it. It has kept me moving and healthy throughout my pregnancy. I've had the opportunity to meet some lovely women and the classes have helped me feel more prepared for birth. I did Cassie’s post natal Pilates courses and really found them so helpful. I was very weak post pregnancy and these really helped me regain strength. They were also very fun (babies in attendance too!) Cassie always has suggestions on how to adapt to suit your own ability/injuries you might have. She is so knowledgable and always takes the time to adjust/offer suggestions when/if you’re going wrong. You can be sure you’ll get the most out of your time in the class with her. Cassie is a brilliant Pilates teacher. I've only had the pleasure of her online classes but can't wait to get to her 'real life' ones when we're allowed! She clearly knows her stuff, and her classes are always fun. You also feel like you've worked. I've done her post natal and mixed level classes. I just wish I'd been able to do her pregnancy classes as well. She gives you different options for the mixed level classes and you can work as hard as you choose. Cassie is always warm, welcoming and friendly both in the classes and in all her communications. I love her classes and highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been attending Cassie's pilates for a few years now and enjoy the classes very much. This last year has been difficult but Cassie got her Zoom classes going very quickly and we have all benefited from this. I've been attending Cassie's classes since 2019. They started as prenatal live classes during my pregnancy, then postnatal classes on Zoom for a few months and recently I've been doing mixed level classes also on Zoom.

I have been doing pilates with Cassie for over 2 years and love her sessions. She offers a variety of exercises and levels for everyone to engage with and takes time to welcome everyone to her classes.
I persuaded my husband to try pilates as he is a runner and he now enjoys doing Cassie's online classes twice a week, saying that it has helped his running. Our son also tried a class and now joins in via zoom when he is away, even getting up early on a Saturday morning to join her

I attended cassie’s in- venue pregnancy Pilates class from 20 weeks to 37 weeks. It was an absolute highlight of my week. We did lots of work to help support the birth (breathing and pelvic floor) and cassie’s knowledge of Pilates and all things babies was just superb. I have been going to Cassie's classes for many years and have attended mixed ability groups in person at Peverell and Plympton, the pre and postnatal classes whilst I was expecting my youngest and now I attend the hybrid classes online from the comfort of my living room. Aside from being an excellent Pilates teacher Cassie is a fabulous person who keeps the classes interesting with her witty remarks and boundless energy. She's extremely good at tailoring her routines to accommodate all ages and abilities. I highly recommend attending any of her classes. They will make you feel fabulous inside and out.

I love the fact that she provides alternative positions so that there is always an option to join in at my own level. She has also provided advice when I was dealing with some pain that helped me loosen muscles and improve that situation. I discovered Cassie’s Pilates when I was pregnant last year. I did several of the pregnancy Pilates sessions and they were fantastic. Cassie is so friendly and makes you feel so at ease. Shes so good at explaining everything, Pilates is a really great form of exercise but i've always found it tricky in that I need to know im doing it right, with Cassie i find it really easy, she talks you through the breathing, the cueing, the timing, the muscles - everything is made easy to follow and I am able to really love the class with confidence im doing it right. She also send out really cool blogs and mini videos for you to enjoy at will. Thanks Cassie! xx

I love doing this class on a Saturday morning. Cassie is lovely and keeps it very light and fun. It's tough going at times but there are always easier options for each exercise. I just wish I'd found this group at the beginning of lockdown (and before). I would most definitely recommend this class and this lady, she really knows her stuff and I can't fault her.

I did this course twice and it was brilliant! Every week is different and Cassie includes breathing techniques and pelvic floor exercises as well as the pilates which is really useful. Cassie is super friendly and gives really clear instructions with options if you can't manage certain moves - especially good towards the end of your pregnancy. I'd definitely recommend this course to anyone in their second and third trimesters!

Although the lessons can be quite physically demanding at times Cassie’s ‘joie de vivre’ is very infectious and makes every session enjoyable. She is very professional and informative and I really trust her expertise- she explains why we undertake certain exercises and will offer options for those who may need alternative suggestions.
Although the sessions are ‘virtual’ at the moment each one is planned meticulously and vary every time. At the end of the hour you feel as if you’ve had a really good workout and look forward to the next time.

Cassie is a fantastic instructor giving suggestions for three levels of intensity for most exercises. I always feel well stretched and less achy after her classes. She provides balls and bands and coaches you through the class with a calm encouragement and sense of humour. The class suits young and fit and older less fit people (like myself!) due to the different levels of difficulty she suggests. Highly recommend!
