Cath is definitely a saviour - not only of limbs but minds too. I have been going to her for 3+ years now + can say, with total honesty, my twice weekly sessions have been fantastic. It is my therapy + Cath is unbelievably knowledgeable and highly educated. She has catered to my every ache + pain. The classes are fun + challenging - wouldn't change them or her for anything. Cath is a great teacher all her classes feel tailored to your needs. My body and health have improved so much since taking her classes. There is no dull repetition each time we learn more and work on different things.
