Cath is definitely a saviour - not only of limbs but minds too. I have been going to her for 3+ years now + can say, with total honesty, my twice weekly sessions have been fantastic. It is my therapy + Cath is unbelievably knowledgeable and highly educated. She has catered to my every ache + pain. The classes are fun + challenging - wouldn't change them or her for anything. Enjoyed Cath’s classes for over 15 years now! Started off with mat classes. Now we have a specialised apparatus studio!! Love my twice weekly visits. I am a ‘newbie’ to Pilates and to Cath’s classes and have started by attending her ‘Summer School.’ I am so impressed with the incredible knowledge that Cath has which comes across in her empathetic and jovial delivery. She encouraged participants to work at their own pace and not once was I made to feel that I was inexperienced. Indeed, she was encouraging and was happy to answer any questions or concerns. The 90 minute classes flew by and after each one, I felt so much better in mind and body. Cath has natural empathy and is perceptive to any difficulties you may have, each exercise can have a modification to allow everyone to take part.
