Katie's classes are the perfect break in the week to take a moment for yourself. Katie has really helped me get back into regular practice with her foundations, flow and chill classes giving a nice range of intensity. I had the absolute pleasure of attending her first yoga day retreat and will definitely be booking on future ones. A great balance of physical and mental self care in stunning surroundings. Topped of with delicious food and sun!

This was my first ever yoga retreat and what a fantastic experience that I can’t wait to repeat.
Katie is a great teacher and the day ran very well with yoga and a lovely walk in the morning followed by a very tasty and healthy lunch.
In the afternoon we had an amazing session on Yin yoga which finished the day off wonderfully.
The setting, in a beautiful barn in The Lake District was just the perfect place the help relax and clear the mind.
