Alison was a fantastic tutor, really calm and explained in detail how the yoga worked. It might be different in the other rooms, but the room we were in the ground constantly rattled with the traffic going past and a lot of outside noise.

Relaxation Hatha Yoga on a Thursday with Angela is absolutely fantastic. For anybody looking for a gentle and relaxing yoga experience that leaves you with a wonderful sense of calm and well being, I can't recommend it enough.

Emma has a natural and infectious enthusiasm, and is understanding of everyone's abilities and preferences. There's something for everyone, and the classes are reasonably priced. There's a great community feel and everyone is welcoming, would definitely recommend!

Have been attending Emma's more challenging Ashtanga Yoga Primary Sequence class for over 12 months now. A flowing, energetic class, with excellent guidance on an individual basis for each student attending. Intention setting before and after practice helps make it for me, a perfect Friday evening 'gateway' from working week into relaxing weekend. It really resets and re-tunes me.

Since the passing of my dad and a few other personal issues I suffer from anxiety.I was in a really dad place ,didn’t know were or who to turn to, then my daughter mentioned yoga.I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and really happy I did.It’s one of the best things I’ve done.Emma is truly amazing, she is always there to help & support you.Since going to her classes I feel more calm,positive especially in myself.I would highly recommend them to anyone.Emma and everyone else is so friendly and welcoming.😊

I have studied in a variety of locations and styles. This is a very good yoga class. Very welcoming atmosphere, catering for both beginners and more advanced students. They reach a variety of styles with an extensive timetable. Highly recommended.
