P. C. W.Superb dedicated yoga studio with everything you could ever need for yoga and perfect atmosphere. Classes are well thought out and suit all comers expertly held by knowledgeable teacher and guide. Studio also has a myriad of other great complimentary treatments such as reiki, hot stones, chakra balancing, sound baths and many more.
A real gem of an oasis for tranquility, peace and re-balancing.
L. S.I absolutely love going to the Reiki & Meditation and the Sound Bath Meditation, I feel totally relaxed and happy afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend going. Kim makes you feel very welcome and guides you through the meditation in such a wonderful way.
I also would recommend the Hatha Yoga, I am relatively new to it but have found it to be such a positive and uplifting experience. The studio is such a beautiful place to do yoga in, it makes it more special I think.
