Fitskool is amazing! I recommend anyone with aches, pains, wanting to get fit, strengthen core, tone, control weight, feeling stressed etc etc ....

Learning and practising the foundation training exercises every day has significantly reduced my lower back pain and sciatica. Its really amazing how quickly it has made a difference. Just 8 weeks after attending my first workshop, my sciatica has practically gone and I am pretty much pain free and back to my old self. Kate really understands the issues we all face as we get older and the importance of keeping mobile and is able to explain how using the exercises in practical everyday tasks protects and supports your back. Mixing in both pilates and yoga into her classes gives an added dimention. I can't recommend Fitskool Pilates enough!

I’ve been going to Kate’s Pilates classes in Romsey on and off for over a year now. I now go twice a week. Kate is such a warm & welcoming instructor. She’s so helful and talks you through each movement step by step. I always leave feeling very relaxed and stretched. I really look forward to my classes.

I have joint problems and Kate, who takes the course I attend on Monday mornings, is aware of my short-comings and allows me to work at my level. There is no pressure and she advises on what to do if you are unable to take part in the complete exercise. It is a great training session at which I feel I can control to my own ability.
