I’ve now been a member of InBalanceHotYoga for three years, and I can honestly say that it’s the most valuable membership I’ve ever had. Currently, I’m only able to attend twice weekly, however, for me, the monthly membership I pay is worth every penny. My two sessions a week keep me checked-in, connected and strong. InBalanceHotYoga offers me the perfect balance of heat (an Aussie in serious withdrawal), impact (low/none) and density (varied, depending on my energies and needs). Each class, regardless of which amazing guru is leading, leaves me feeling rejuvenated and centered. Put it this way: I love coffee. If I had to choose between coffee and hot yoga, it would be hot yoga, hands-down.

I can't tell you how much I love this place . The owners and all of the staff that I've met so far are amazing they are all extremely friendly welcoming and experienced . The first session I thought wow its hot but once you get used to the heat its absolutely perfect it warms up your body and all of your muscles ready for what i can describe as the best yoga session you will ever experience. They have a range of classes for all abilities and times to suit all. 5 stars is not enough for these guys .

I can remeber my first lesson at In Balance and it completely blew my mind. It changed completely how I see the physical practice of Yoga. I've done yoga for the past few years and really enjoy trying out new studios and teachers. I took up the 30 day trial offer and had the chance to try out some of the classes...and loved it!! Ian and Benedita are both great teachers and have their own style. There is a good variety of classes and they are definitely hot and challenging!! Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. If you're thinking about giving it a go I would definitely recommend!

In Balance Hot Yoga has been fantastic - a really welcoming and professional environment with skilled and friendly teachers. The venue is tailor made for the Yoga classes and each class has left me with a great sense of achievement. It was the first time I tried hot yoga and I am hooked! In balance hot yoga is the best yoga class I have ever attended. I had no previous experience of hot yoga, but all I can say is that it has changed my life. You feel energised, refreshed and calm after the class and I am sure the heat in the room contributes to these feelings. If you are suffering from anxiety and stress these classes will help you immensely, as life today can be quite hectic. Everyone is super friendly and the instructors are all amazing :) give it a try !

I have been to many yoga classes over the years but In Balance is by far the best. I love that rather than taking a class at the gym this studio is purpose built for yoga and yoga only. Benedita and Ian are amazing yoga instructors, they encourage me to listen to my body and not my mind which has enabled me to go deeper into poses that I didn't think I could. I have really enjoyed feeling myself progress over the last 5 months and I wouldn't have stuck with it if the classes weren't so amazing. There is a lovely sense of community in every class and the studio as a whole, the instructors and students are all very friendly. Going to In Balance is never a chore and I look forward to every class, I am definitely a hot yoga convert, if you're on the fence about giving it a go then I promise you you wont' regret trying it!

A perfect space to practice yoga. The studio and facilities are great - the new heaters are very powerful! Ian and Benedita are welcoming and helpful during each class. I have progressed from the low intensity to medium intensity class and can feel my practice improving with every visit. Fantastic sessions with great teachers. The environment is comfortable and clean with a good aura. I have a fair amount of yoga experience although had never done hot yoga before, I have NEVER sweated so much in my life! The heat really helps with muscle stretching and brings another dimension to your yoga experience. I thoroughly enjoy my classes with both Benedita and Ian and would definitely recommend anyone to give it a go.

The teachers Ian and Bene are brilliant and provide alterations for people with different capabilities, so there is a chance to improve even if you are an experienced practitioner. Absolutely LOVE inbalance hot yoga. Feel reenergised after every class as it combines a work out with relaxation and mindfulness. The instructors are really positive and help get the most out of the practice. I’m not a super experienced yogi but this is definitely the best hot yoga class I’ve been to out of the ones I’ve attended both nearby and in London.

Not a bad word to say about this place. I've done yoga at my local leisure centre for a few months but this place steps it up! Fun and challenging full body workouts. The teachers are all very knowledgeable and supportive in your practice helping you to go deeper in to your pose. The studio is always lovely and clean too. Doing yoga in heat is an oddly satisfying experience. I think the sweating allows you to let go and focus on the poses more. I look forward to every class and I can't stop telling everyone I meet about this place (and how good yoga is) 😁

I totally recommend this yoga studio! I have never done yoga before and felt a bit scare of starting... all fear gone as soon as walked in. Benedita and Ian are not only very friendly and approachable but also really good teachers. The sessions are easy to follow after few days (if you have never done yoga before) and also the guidance and advices with poses, movement and breathing are excellent. After one month going almost regularly I definitely will continue to practice yoga with them and as I said before I totally recommend them!

I’ve just completed my 5th class - each week I attend a Dynamics Hot Yoga class for beginners and Hatha Yoga. I’m really enjoying the new routine attending these classes has got me into. From the moment you walk into the building Benedita and Ian are very welcoming. Throughout the classes the teachers are really encouraging and offer a hand when you’re unsure how to get into position. I feel perfectly comfortable in the classes too. The studio is clean, bright and secure. I love how I feel reset and relaxed after each class. I’d really recommend these classes to anyone. If you’re feeling unsure about joining, don’t. Everyone is very friendly and there to practice yoga amongst like minded people.

These classes are fantastic. I first went with my wife to see what it was like and was hooked from the first class. Physically it’s a great workout and I dropped a belt size in the first 2 weeks! The main benefit I find though, is the mental clarity I get afterwards, my mind feels so much lighter and this stays with me throughout the day. I work faster, feel better and sleep fantastically. The instructors are lovely and extremely clear to follow - even though I had not done yoga before it was easy to pick up.

If you think yoga is just a stretching class, think again ;) It can be challenging at times but what a great feeling afterwards! This was my first experience of hot yoga (or any yoga!) and it certainly won't be my last due to the excellent class today. As a complete beginner I wasn't sure what to expect but Benedita's instructions were clear and I could follow along. She also helped me with some of the more difficult movements. It was a great workout and as a runner I can see the benefits due to the stretching and also breathing techniques. I was so relaxed by the end I could have easily fallen asleep even though I was sweating! Highly recommended even for beginners.

I recently attended five classes at in balance hot yoga and thoroughly enjoyed them. The room was heated to 32-34 degrees which I personally loved. I have never sweated so much in my life! It truly was a great yoga workout. The instructors are fantastic and know exactly what they are doing :)

It was so useful to have a walk through of the premises by video on the website so you immediately felt at home. The all levels class is just what it says it is , with expert tuition from Ian you are guided in pose further than you thought possible but never past your limits. It's so easy to book classes, and the frequency means you can really keep the momentum going.This is good as I'm becoming a bit addicted. I searched for a long time to find a yoga studio in Southampton where you can pay monthly to attend as many classes as you like, that has the perfect mix of spiritual benefits and fitness and where I could practice hot ashtanga and came across inbalance and have never looked back. Inbalance delivers all of this in a beautiful studio that is one of my favourite places to be. The sense of community at inbalance further adds to why I love this place so much. The classes are the best I’ve been to and I always leave feeling challenged, energised, and relaxed. The teachers are brilliant and very knowledgable and provide support and guidance both in class as well as personally. I highly recommend inbalance to anyone from experienced yogis to beginners.

In Balance is an amazing place! A friend introduced me to it, and I haven’t been able to stop going since. I’m not ‘an exercise person’ and also have a few injuries I needed to be mindful of, but Ian and Benedita have been amazing, really welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable in helping me adjust poses when needed. Approached with an open mind, as initially just thought the “hot” part would be a gimmick, but far from it. The heat hits initially but becomes bareable very quickly, and for me helps open the joints/muscles more! Definitely worth to try. There is a kind of attract in the class which drags you coming back again and again. The muscles all over your body will be waked up. You will feel clear mind after the class. You will feel tired and be sweaty but all worth. Brilliant!

Great way to relax, destress and bring calm into your evening's after a busy day in the office. My favourite class is Monday, as it sets you up for the week and beats the Monday blues!
