I have been attending the studio for about 3 years now and throughly enjoying attending every week. There are several classes a day and different teachers, which is what attracted me to studio in the first place. The classes are well tailored to all our abilities and there are lots of different equipment to use also and all the staff and other class mates are very friendly and chatty.

I've been going to pilates on the avenue for barre, ballet and reformer classes for nearly two years. I am there 4 times a week. The staff are really friendly and willing to adjust any exercise for my individual level. I have a condition that affects my walking and going here has really improved my core strength, my leg strength and stamina! I really enjoy going and highly recommend it!
