It was one of the best decisions I made when I joined Annie’s yoga class. Annie is really good at welcoming all participants making them feel they can do things whilst always listening to their bodies. I cannot recommend her and all class members highly enough.

A very relaxing yoga class with lots of breathing exercises,the postures were gentle to start with a gradual build up to the final posture. The realxation at the end was very good as i drifted of to sleep at the end. Everyone was really frendly would recommend this class to a beginner or to someone who has been doing yoga for a while.

I love the encouragement from everyone else in the group and the relaxation at the end always helps me sleep well. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of going to a yoga class.
