Having had back surgery a few years ago I was very nervous to do anything that could cause further pain or injury but I knew having always been sporty that I missed exercise and all those good feelings associated with it. Jules was very encouraging and having originally only signed up for pilates I have progressed hugely to attend a variety of classes and my back has never felt better. From Metafit to Circuits to Yoga and Barre I am confident that with such amazing instructors I am always in safe hands - thank you Jules, Shona, Christine and Manda. I would highly recommend JB Fitness & Wellbeing to anyone who wants to make a change for the better with lots of fun (|and hard work) and an inspirational group of ladies along the way!

Since joining JB around four months ago I have enjoyed every class I have attended. The variety of classes and the ability to book sessions around my busy schedule makes it the perfect way to improve my fitness. Jules, Shona, Christine and Manda make everyone feel at home and part of a team whilst still challenging you to stretch your ability and meet your fitness goals. I would highly recommend anyone unsure to give JB a try.

I'd been a follower of the JB Facebook page for a couple of years, initially as I was interested in doing the couch to 5k running course, but had never got the kick I needed to go for it. 2 months ago I was at a low ebb and thought enough was enough, I needed to get fit and healthy for me and my children. I contacted Jules and within a week I had my first PT session with Christine. Now I'm 8 weeks in and am feeling infinitely better. My fitness has improved no end and today I've signed up for a years membership, having felt thoroughly welcomed, (and physically challenged!) at every class I've been to. Everyone is really friendly, it's just so motivating.

I recently joined as a silver member after having done their introductory offer of unlimited classes for a month. Best decision I've made this year. I was a little self conscious to begin with, not knowing what to expect and also not being very fit at all, but that soon faded 😊 I quickly found out what a lovely 'tribe' of ladies attend and that both the trainers and ladies that attend are motivated and encouraging. And I am already starting to see and feel the benefits of gaining improved movement, upper body strength and self confidence in myself. I highly recommend JB Fitness and Wellbeing!

Having taken advantage of one month of unlimited classes I had no hesitation in joining 'The Tribe' as a Silver member. All the instructors and the other members are so welcoming and supportive - not the experience I've had at other gyms/fitness groups!! I used to be fit and slim, however, my weight had crept up and I had lost the motivation to get fit again. I rang Julie and knew immediately that if anyone was going to change things around she would!! I started Personal Training and Pilates, and soon joined Barre classes. A few months later and I am fitter, slimmer and SO much happier! I can not recommend JB Fitness and Well-being highly enough.

I moved to Wiltshire from London 18 months ago and one of the most positive impacts on my new life here has been finding The JB tribe! I have been to fitness places before but I’ve never been in such a supportive and motivational environment. The classes are diverse and fun. The members are awesome, no prima donnas and no judgement. Jules and Shona have created a space for women of all shapes and sizes to embrace health and the power of their own bodies. I go into class feeling stressed and grim, I leave feeling fabulous (in a slightly exhausted way). Thank you all at JB.

I have known Jules and Shona for approx 10 years.
There classes go from strength to strength. The variety of classes at both Lydiard Millicent and the New Studio at Wootton Bassett are great.
Being able to book my sessions around a busy work session is such a bonus.
They are both always so encouraging and help you gain levels of fitness you didn’t even know you had.
The classes are very friendly and all support each other in various activities.

You want to get on the path to shedding weight- Jules is the best. When i first came to Jules i said “i hate exercise it has always made me feel ill, i won’t eat veggies as they taste revolting but i am 15.5 stones, only 5 feet tall and i need help”. Jules did not judge me and she gave me the tools and helped me build the confidence and enthusiasm i needed to start me on my journey. She helped me find the path to weight shedding teaching me its about moving and REAL FOOD !! NOT DIETS AND EXERCISE FADS. She gave me the confidence and the room to realise that exercise can give you that HIGH, to have a variety of foods- i now know that i like raw VEGGIES. At no point did she judge or ridicule me and I was able to learn on my own that exercise can make you feel great and what is and what is not FOOD!! Weight shedding was at the back on my mind, it just happened. Even through a hurtful bereavement a month in to my new Journey, Jules was able to give me the tools to keep going. I have the video vault and a supportive fb group and although i did not shed as much weight dealing with my bereavement i still shed weight and i am still shedding weight. Started 15.5, now 13.12 after 12 weeks with Jules and I feel amazing and i am still going. I am very practical and like to get things done, so if you want to get on with your weight shedding and get moving,the JULES and jb fitness and wellbeing is the way to go. BOOM!!!! ps you will be hearing that a lot lol

I am so glad I found the JB team nearly two years ago now. It is not just a fitness club where you can exercise, get fit or lose weight- whatever your reason for joining such a club in the first place. I have made so many long term friends and I really feel part of a team where everyone encourages each other and we have a lot of fun along the way. I love the fact that I can choose from many different classes that fit around my busy home and work schedules. There is always one available at short notice and I can use the easy app to book on. It’s great to try out new classes too as Jules and Shona constantly remind us that the ‘body loves change’ You don’t have to worry about your level of fitness or ability as every class provides options for you to work to your own level- but the JB trainers will help to push you if you have a personal target and always on hand to give advice and support. I needed an outlet due to changes in my life and I got a lot more than just fitness and feel great for it thanks to JB. Jacquie B

I have been a client of JB Personal
Training for over 7 years. I started with Jules as a PT client and I can honestly say I’ve never looked back. After loosing nearly 4 stone after the birth of my second child I then continued as a client attending their classes. What I have found and loved about working with JB is how they get their clients to train outside of their comfort zones, I have learnt there is no such thing as I can’t, no such thing as I’m too old! The cameradary between the JB tribe is second to none.
I have never come across two fitness instructors with such passion for health and fitness and I doubt whether I ever will again. I’m so glad I was introduced to these amazing women. It has truely changed my life!

Really enjoying being a Silver Member. A varied choice of exercise classes delivered by a very friendly all female team who live, breathe and promote exercise. As someone who is tied to an office job 5 days a week, I look forward to each class as spending time on me rather than as a mum! My fitness has improved considerably after just a month and I love the feeling (other than relief) after completing a METAFIT class as I know it is doing me good!

Everyone knows that exercise is good for you and we should all do more of it but it’s also a chore and hard to fit in to our busy lives. I don’t know how they do it but JB make exercise a part of your life that you don’t want to miss. It’s no longer something else I have to add to my ‘to do’ list I really enjoy all of the classes I go to and look forward to each one.
My body hasn’t been magically transformed but I am fitter, healthier and more defined than I’ve been for a long time! You have to put the effort in but Jules and Shona make it worthwhile.
Do yourself a favour and come along to a few classes, especially Metafit, and see for yourself!!

Hi Shona and Jules ! Thanks for my one year anniversary wishes as a Gold member of the JB Tribe. Going to celebrate with a run today and a Barre class tonight ! Sometimes I really do not recognise the person I have become thanks to you two and I am always very grateful for everything you have done for me. You have changed my outlook to exercise completely in that now it is one of the highlights of my day ! You cannot find a friendlier or more supportive group of women than JB Fitness or more knowleable and skilful trainers as you Shona and Jules.

Since I have found the ‘tribe’ I have found the benefits of exercise again and I am sticking to it for the first time in my life.
With Jules encouragement and ‘kicks up the arse’ which I needed, I am making the small changes on my weight loss journey through the JB weight loss class.
