A. H.This Pilates company is PHENOMENAL. I went from having back pain every morning and struggling to get up without taking my time to being able to literally JUMP out of bed pain free. Emily is an incredibly empathic teacher with a brilliant sense of humour. There are always a few giggles in the classes which are SO SMALL and I LOVE that...A peaceful calming environment full of mindfulness and love. The other teachers are AMAZING too..,.My reluctant husband has even been in to see them. They manage everyone at their own individual pace and nothing is too much trouble. R. T.Emily is a fantastic and attentive instructor, I've been attending her Barre and reformer classes for over a year and still love them, it's a challenging but fun experience, and you always leave feeling like you've worked hard!
