A fabulous yoga retreat in Wales with Michele. A perfect blend of yoga, mindfulness, walking, relaxation and a great group of people to share it with. One week on and I am still feeling the benefits.

Step inside Michelle's zen den and you instantly become a calmer person. I'd never tried yoga before but that's no problem in this class, superb tuition and guidance.

Always excellent! I have been doing yoga with Michelle for about four years now and it's always great. She's thoughtful, inclusive (friend visited who uses wheelchair and she gave them amended movements in class) and really fabulous as a teacher. Without my class I'd be way worse off in physical and mental health terms.

The opportunity to take part in remote classes offered the perfect way to continue with the Yoga I had enjoyed at Lilleshall National Sports centre. I was thrilled that Michelle has continued to provide yoga classes, albeit online so that clients can maintain fitness and flexibility during these challenging times. I have found Michelle to be a superb teacher and her knowledge and practice of yoga is extensive. She ensures all students can undertake each yoga pose confidently and always adapts poses to meet individual needs. I can highly recommend Michelle’s classes to all ability levels.

Didn't know what to expect as it was my first yoga class but Michele really made me feel so welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed this class. As a beginner I wasn't sure if I was doing the movements/stretches correctly but Michele gave simple, clear guidance throughout which really helped! Looking forward to the next class.

I completed my children’s yoga training with Michele this summer and I couldn’t recommend it enough. It was fun, really professional, in depth and practical. Michele managed to balance the yoga with child development and education perfectly. Coming from a Nursery background and having an understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage I could see straight away that this was embedded Michele’s course which is so important if you want to get a paid placement in a Nursery.
On a personal level it has refreshed my whole approach to early years and given me so much more confidence. Michele is a warm and supportive teacher and in this kind of environment you can learn so much.
I have brought the children’s yoga into my nursery setting and I have had so much lovely feedback from children and parents. Michele understands both yoga and children really well which you can tell from the course. It’s such a brilliant course. Do it!

I did pregnancy yoga with my first in Shifnal a couple years ago, I am now doing the online zoom pregnancy yoga sessions. I really enjoy these sessions and it gives me a bit of time each week to focus on myself and baby.
Michelle is very knowledgeable and the sessions are different every week. I have actually found it really convenient doing the sessions online. I would Highly recommend them.

I love this class, each of my three children have done baby yoga. Michelle who runs the class is great, very knowledgeable - she knows her stuff. Its a lovely way to bond with your baby and learn easy yoga for you and baby to do at home. I still do bits of massaging and sing some of the songs learnt to my 6 and 4 year old! Would highly recommend, I have lovely memories of the class.

I attend the baby yoga sessions in Shifnal and me, and probably more importantly; Lily, loves it. It's a nice sized group and just a lovely chance to bond more with baby. I think Lily has developed more by going and likes watching the other babies. We started when Lily was 6 months and wished we'd gone sooner! Highly recommend. Michele and her classes are brilliant! I attended pregnancy yoga in Shifnal during my third trimester. I found it lovely and relaxing and a great way to bond with my baby. It also helped with the various aches and pains, I slept really well after a class. The breathing technique was really helpful during labour.
After my son was born we attended baby yoga and now do toddler yoga. We both love the classes, they are great for increasing his flexibility and I'm sure his great balance is in part down to him constantly doing his stretches! The relaxation bit at the end is a lovely way to end each session.

Wednesday 5:30pm class. Fantastic class. Michelle makes it fun but still makes you sweat! - Each class is different. Michelle checks with everyone to make sure they are comfortable and able to do the moves. Michelle also offers alternatives moves for those who may have health issues (high blood pressure, back problems etc.) so they can still participate and get the same benefits from the class. Very enjoyable and a good workout.

I just wanted to say a personal thank you 🙏 for the class today. It was everything and more that I’ve ever looked for in a class. You truly do know your art and it comes across beautifully. Your class had a beginning, progressional middle - which was suitable and adaptable for all of us and a wonderful ending too.
I love a challenge and find that most classes just don’t offer that variation in ability .... I’m still over the moon at being upside down by myself today for the first time in over 40 years 😊 I was a gymnast as a kiddie and have often missed it. The location too was idyllic.
